I’m still of the opinion that game master works as a standard for almost all ttrpgs now. I personally use storyteller almost exclusively with my gaming groups. I do think director is meh, but don’t really use DM, keeper of arcane lore, lore master or any of the other game specific titles either, which might be why I am unbothered by the term “director.” As for the name, I do wish I had a name to give people when talking about it, but I can wait.
