Five Adventures for Shadowfinder and Shadowdark RPG
Five of Shadow Lab's best D&D 5E adventures converted to Shadowfinder and Shadowdark RPG by Menagerie Press.
Gnome for the Holidays
When Glimmer Tinkerton, a kind-hearted gnome toymaker, is ambushed and left for dead, the adventurers are thrust into a chase from the city streets to the frozen wilds. Shadows stalk the snowdrifts, cultists whisper, and an ancient threat to the season’s peace is returning. Fight to keep hope alive on the longest night of the year.
Gnome for the Holidays 2
Glimmer Tinkerton, your gnome friend, reopened his toy shop and invites the party to his village for Winter Feast. As night falls, rumors spread of figures in the woods and a chilling cult that would see the season’s joy snuffed out. Adventurers must defend the festival, confront zealots of Ithaqua the Wind Walker, and craft a magical golem to stand against the storm.
Gravehurst
When a prize-winning pumpkin escapes its farm and drags an entire village into ancient necromantic horrors, the party must hunt it through the Haunted Fields. Perfect for a creepy, atmospheric session that ties into any rural horror or Halloween one-shot.
Vault of Time
A temple devoted to the god of time is hidden deep within an elven forest. Strange blue pulses light the trees as time itself fractures. Villagers whisper of lost hours, shifting shadows, and spiders spinning invisible webs. As hobgoblins move to claim the ruins, an unstable fissure to the Demiplane of Time threatens to consume more than just the forest. Adventurers must decide whether to seal the rift, plunder its secrets, or risk tearing the threads of time apart.
Herald of Vritra
The adventurers must pursue half-dragon zealots through a burning portal and stop a dark ritual that could unleash Vritra, the Dragon of the Waters.

We're announcing a collaboration between renowned Shadow Lab Games and Menagerie Press, just in time for the holidays. We're bringing classic Shadow Lab adventures such as Gnome for the Holidays, Herald of Tiamat, Gravehurst, and more to Shadowdark and Shadowfinder. These are actual redesigns of the adventures to fit Shadowdark's gritty, quick-yet-lethal play style, focusing on making sure these adventures play smoothly and well at your table.
Shadowfinder is the Menagerie Press version of a modernized, Old School Renaissance, Shadowdark-ified version of Pathfinder-compatible material! Almost all your favorite character features streamlined and made easily accessible for updated play.
DriveThruRPG fulfills PDF and print-on-demand copies. Backers receive a one-time code for PDF and/or print-on-demand (POD) copies. POD backers are responsible for a small printing and shipping fee, and DriveThruRPG prints and ships their books. This is the most cost-efficient method of getting print copies to our backers.
The book costs are approximately $5-10 + shipping per book for books in the USA. DriveThruRPG collects this per book for printing (the actual price depends on the final page count). Each book retails for more, so you save by backing us on BackerKit.
Customers in the EU or customers impacted by UK shipping tariffs may incur additional costs. Please check with your local post offices, as these situations vary by region and package details.
PDF and POD fulfillment will occur once Backerkit finishes processing backers.
Our Shadowdark work includes the Pathfinder 1-Shadowdark conversion Shadowfinder, the Iron-Aged themed Celtic Shadows, the Shadowdark hardback megadungeon The Pits of Brund, the adventure collection Woeful Barrows and Other Places, Rats of Ul-Gol, and several Shadowdark classes (arcanist, berserker, duelist, magus). We're also collaborating with Antidote Gaming on an upcoming project.
Our D&D 5E Organized Play adventures include Chaos in the City of Splendors, Spears of Glip Dak: Four Adventures, Swords of the Moonsea: Five Adventures, Streams of Crimson, The Dark Hunt, The White Well, Blue Scales, Citadel of Vlaakith, Scales of Justice, and numerous other modules. We also created Westlands, a 2D6 RPG based on Traveller and Sword of Cepheus, and have over a dozen adventures available for that system.
