I also turned back on Pay Over Time!! This is the 2nd time now where it was turned on pre-approval but then was off afterwards, and it's happened to friends too...I know staff aren't doing it on purpose so I have no idea what that's about, it must be a bug. I sincerely apologize...it should've been available on launch. Any $150+ pledges can now be split into 4 monthly payments if you choose to do so (you'll have to edit an existing pledge, but for new backers it will be available upon pledging).

PoT backers don't receive their surveys until after all 4 payments are made, so friends and I have also encountered in the past where the pledges were "hidden" from us and even in-campaign pledged-for items weren't properly reserved until after the survey was filled out. If you do back via PoT please email [email protected] with your backer info so that I can make sure your pledged for items that are limited quantity are reserved!!
