So sorry for the delay with getting surveys out! The summer kind of go away with us with dealing with rebuilding all our displays and convention season. The pins are in production and i'm plugging away adding all the items information into the system to be able to send surveys out this week once Backerkit approves them :D We'll be sending a fire test to a few backers to make sure everything shows up properly on the backer end and then doing the full survey release after that. Because of all your sharing and pledges and letting friends know we were able to unlock 12 brand new pin runs of multiple fandoms that we know and love.
So whats next?
Backerkit takes about 2 weeks to process pledges, and in that time i'll be working on the back end to get the preorder shop ready and opened. I'll be adding pins that we have in stock from other projects so that you'll be able to add them to your orders if you would like when you complete your surveys. We'll have a lot of fun Supernatural, Trek, and Horror items, but we won't be able to add our Dungeon Crawler Carl items so that it doesn't possibly confuse anyone on if they are official or not since they do a lot of crowdfunding. Thos are available on our direct website though at mistyfigs.com if you are interested in DCC fanart items. ok! were off to work!!!
unrelated personal update: No updates as of yet on the robbery, but between the gofundme and what business insurance should cover we'll at least be able to add extra security to the home and replace our pelican cases and a few of our merchandise items. Thank you so much for all your kind words, and if it can serve as an example, be sure to set calendar reminders to check the batteries in your airtags, because it would have made an instant open shut case of it and likely we would have gotten our items back.
Unlocks and updating the graphics delay due to home break in!!!!!
OMG we are nearing unlocking yet another design!!! I'm super sorry in advance for the unlock graphics not being updated at the moment or unblocking out more designs but i have an unfortunately good reason.
TW: Theft 6/8 between 2am-5am, a couple of people broke into our garage and stole not only all 4 of our pelican cases that were packed to head out to a convention appearance in Boston this weekend, but also ransacked the rest of the garage, and crawled through the roof and stole items from a neighbors garage as well! We lost everything for the show. It's... a lot to process. Not just the theft, and the different police agencies coming in and out but also that we still have the convention to leave for in a couple days and scrambling to remake displays and dig out old backstock to have something on the tables. they stole in our early assessment of JUST what was in our Pelican cases, over 20 thousand dollars. Our entire convnetion stock and custom displays.
So bare with me, Ill update the unlocks on Thursday when we are on our flight to the show in Boston, and have had a moment to breathe through all this. Your pledges are wonderful and being able to fund this project is SO timley now to stock new items we wouldn't be able to otherwise fund ourselves.

We are really hoping insurance will cover at least some of the loss, but insurance can be slow and difficult, and we are in the middle of the busiest convention season of the year.

We've unlocked the tiny little sh**s, and are about $100 away from unlocked the larper!!!!!
I'm really excited for the larper, you likely know the actress from Superntural, The guild, and so many other awesome fandoms. we've been wanting to do this piece for a few years and it looks like it'll be coming to life afterall!
Can we hit some more unlocks? Later today we'll be unveiling more of the blacked out designs showing how many more fandoms are hidden beneath. :D This will also auto unlock them as sticker, keychain, t-shirt, and earring designs even if the pins themselves don't get unlocked. So be sure to add them as add on's for anything you'd like them as.
We're getting closer to our 7th pin unlocked but in the meantime a 6th is unlocked! Our totally normal clown!
