The next step is to complete your survey. We cannot fulfill your pledge rewards without your survey response. The survey lets us know which pin designs you are pledging for and the address to ship your pins to. The survey also helps us determine the quantity of pins we need to order from our manufacturer.
We have currently sent smoke test surveys to 5% of backers (12 backers). If the smoke test surveys have any issues or concerns, we greatly appreciate any feedback! You can message us on Backerkit or email us at [email protected].
Once we receive the smoke test responses and everything looks great, the rest of the surveys will be emailed out! We will post another update once the surveys are ready!
⏳ Pay-Over-Time Backers⏳
If you are a backer who opted for the Pay-Over-Time payment option, you will receive your survey after your final payment has been made or once the payment has been paid in full. Don't worry! We will order extra pins to ensure Pay-Over-Time backers will receive their pins. 🗓️ Reminder of Payment Schedule 🗓️
Just a reminder that your payment will be split into two separate payments. By this time, BackerKit should have already charged backers the first payment. Please double-check that your payment methods are up-to-date and that the payments went through. The payment schedule is expected to be as follows:
1st Payment (July 2, 2026): Includes only pledge level fee and campaign add-ons
2nd Payment (August 4, 2026): Includes shipping fees, taxes (applicable in Canada only), survey add-ons, and any outstanding payments
🚚 Reminder of Shipping Fees 🚚
Just a reminder that shipping fees are collected in the 2nd payment (March 9th, 2026). Every package will include tracked shipping. The shipping fees are as follows:
Note: We understand that shipping to the USA has become more expensive due to the tariff situation between the United States and Canada. Please note that the US shipping fee includes duty fees and tariff fees. If we find cheaper shipping alternatives to the US by the time we fulfill orders, we will refund backers the difference. Listed shipping rates are in Canadian Currency (CAD).
