I shipped most of the paperbacks last month, with the very last straggler for a dear friend of mine (you know who you are) finally going out yesterday. If anyone who pledged for a paperback hasn't received theirs yet, or if you're having trouble accessing digital items, just let me know and I'd be happy to look into it for you. I'm a bit behind on other plans of mine, like putting Graft fully up for sale on my website and other retailers, but I'm starting to catch up. Thanks so much for being here!

Hey everyone! Just got the rest of the paperbacks in the other day. I've got just about all the shipping supplies I need, so the next few days will be spent getting US and Canada orders packed and sent out!
(When I said I was hoping to avoid the rush of Christmas shipping, this isn't quite what I had in mind. But the books didn't take a week-long detour in Vegas this time on their way to me, so I guess I'll take what I can get 😅)
I wanted to thank you all for your patience as I was waiting for the proof copies and then the bulk order. I'm excited to put on a playlist and open the new year with getting copies of Graft ready to fly the coop. 2025 has been...a year, to say the least, and I'm hoping 2026 brings us all some good times and less stress.
It's a big day for Monsters and Maidens! After falling into a black hole around Las Vegas for a week, the paperback proof copies finally arrived. As expected, that large print edition is THICK.

I've started fulfillment, beginning with uploading the ebooks in epub and pdf format. Those of you who selected ebooks as part of your rewards should receive a link to access the download page (same place as for the bonus short story.) I successfully tested the epub on a Kindle, as well as on my IPhone in the Kobo and Books apps. For dedicated ereaders, you can transfer ebooks onto them by connecting them to your computer (they're DRM free) or using Send to Kindle within Amazon. For loading the ebook into an app like Kobo, Kindle, Books, etc on a computer/phone/tablet, I recommend transferring the file to that device's documents, and then opening it with or sharing it to the reading app of your choice. If you have any issues with this process, don't hesitate to reach out to me for troubleshooting help.
For EU and UK people who selected a paperback as their rewards, I'm having the printer's UK location send your book directly to you. For US and Canada people with paperbacks, I'm placing a bulk order and will then send you your copies. Holiday season shipping can get a bit messy, but I'm hoping for smooth sailing (and that no more books decide to take a holiday in Vegas on their way to me.)

Hello everyone, and happy December! I wanted to give you a quick update as I get closer to starting fulfillment.
Proof copies are on their way to me. I was very much hoping to have them in hand before Thanksgiving, as I paid extra for rush service printing. Unfortunately, the printer's stated turnaround for that was about six days shorter than reality. Combine that with shipping delays around Thanksgiving, and yeah. This update is partly an attempt to game the system; as I'm sure we've all experienced, the moment you complain about a problem to someone else, it likes to solve itself and make you look like a fool. Fingers crossed the package arrives tomorrow.
As soon as I have the proof copies and barring any printing errors, I will be ordering copies sent to me for US and Canada fulfillment, having the printer send copies to UK and EU backers via their UK branch, and posting ebooks to download. If you need a paperback delivered before Christmas, please reach out ASAP and I will see what I can do to get it to you faster.
I've set addresses to lock and shipping fees to charge in 48 hours. If you need to edit your address after that period, just let me know and I'll give you a hand.

Hi everyone, I just ordered paperback proof copies from IngramSpark to make sure the final formatting is correct before I place the bulk order for sending out your copies. We're getting close! Some quick stats: Standard paperback: 402 pages 😇 Large print paperback: 660 pages 💀 I'm looking forward to seeing how thick the large print edition is once it arrives! I knew it would of course be longer but DEAR LORD is it longer!
Because I habitually make poor choices when it comes to timing, I'm currently participating in The Book Bazaar 2025 with an unrelated project, Honeycomb Heart. So if you've been getting emails about bees and an octopus and sapphic coming-of-age soft romantasy and wondered how they fit into Graft (they don't), that's what that's about.
