For the nine of you I haven't gotten surveys back from yet, please fill them out by the end of July if you want to be part of the first wave of rewards being sent out! Ebooks are quick to add names to but messing with the print files takes longer since I have to wait to order your books.

For everyone else, ebooks will be on their way very shortly, and I will be placing the bulk order of paperbacks once I have the print file acknowledgements updated and approved!
