In our last update we teased an expansion to Iadace, You Beast!, the new solo play experience for Numenera. This is more than an upgrade—it’s a whole new product titled What The Bones Know. Let’s dig into it a bit!

In this expansion to Iadace, You Beast, you can take on a whole new solo story. In What the Bones Know, you and your mechanical companion are now trapped inside a weird and ever-changing structure that seems to be ... waking up? Can you stay alive and find ways to keep the structure from coming to life long enough for you to safely find your way out?

Continue the story of your existing character and companion—or create new ones. You'll need Iadace, You Beast to play, but it includes everything else for this new story: creatures, NPCs, and world-building, along with additional Calaval's Eyes! cards.

Like Iadace, You Beast, you can use this expansion with existing Cypher and Numenera supplements, including the Calaval's Eyes! Deck, for a broader experience. You’ll find character sheets, locations, creatures, numenera, a unique set of Calaval’s Eyes! cards, and more.

What the Bones Know is a complete product, which will be available as an add-on and included among the rewards for all backers at the ALL-IN (print and PDF) and ALL-IN (PDF only) pledge levels. We’ll unlock What the Bones Know, this solo-play expansion, when we reach 3900 backers!

Can we do it? As always, that’s up to you! The campaign’s scheduled end is coming up quickly, but it will remain in Overtime Mode as long as new pledges keep rolling in. Our last campaign drew several hundred pledges while in Overtime Mode, so we know it’s possible. Keep spreading the word!

We don’t have time for another poll, but that doesn’t mean you won’t get a bonus reward! Unlock What the Bones Know, and we’ll add this vinyl sticker sheet to the rewards of every backer—no matter your pledge level!
