Before the launch, we'll reveal a glimpse into the grim dark world surrounding this miniature. Here is little teaser:
The world came back Leblanc. He dropped his gun to rub his ears with the palms of his hand, thinking he had gone deaf. The gun clattered against the cobblestone beneath. It echoed around the ruined village square and disappeared into the smog of battle.
Leblanc picked up his rifle again and took in the ravages of today’s combat. Hundreds lay dead, heretic and faithful alike, in a twisted, gory mess. Among them were sprawled dozens of abominations and lesser demons. Blood and bile was still spreading all across the square. The earie silence was only broken by he cries of the wounded and the fading voices of the dying.
Then a sound emanated from the swirling smog: a guttural, phlegmatic laughter. Unbearably shrill shrieks responded to it in the distance. Leblanc’s heart sank. Please Lord, he prayed inside his head. "The Corpus Allatum!”, someone screamed, their voice hoarse with terror. ”HOLD POSITION”, Leblanc heard Sergeant Forgeron yell out.
There was something within the smog. An amorphous black spot, growing. Every bit it grew was accompanied by heavy, shambling footsteps. Second by centennial second, the spot took more and more of a shape, growing larger and larger. And as it grew the infernal tongue began to fill the air behind it. There had to be thousands of heretics approaching with it.
At last, it appeared. An enormous mound of disfigured, sickly flesh with elephantine legs supporting it. A gigantic, claw-shaped bouquet of sword-wielding arms on one side. The other one was a collection of all kinds of machine guns and cannons growing out of its very flesh. The stories did not do justice to the sheer horror of its sight. The Corpus Allatum stopped. It seemed to stare right at Leblanc with its one eye, fixed on a head that seemed to grow out of its right shoulder. A booming raspy laughter, a horrid cacophony, emanated out from somewhere that was not its head.
”SSSSSSJOIN SSSSSSYOURSSSSSAINTSSS”, it taunted and laughed. A clicking and clacking began to come out of its right side.”SSSSSSIN SSSSSTHE SSSSSGRAVESSS”, the creature added. Leblanc screamed and took aim, oblivious to the tears now streaming down his cheeks. His trigger, however, was never pressed. In that very moment his world exploded into nothing, his rifle once more clattering to the ground in the near distance. *Model in picture is work in progress.
