Today is the final day you can fill out your survey AND pay for add-ons or shipping to receive your items. As noted multiple times, if you do not do this, I cannot ship your orders.
After today, any remaining surveys will be forfeit and considered donations to the campaign.
If you're having any issues, please let me know! I want to get your stuff to you so please reach out with questions or concerns!

Just a friendly reminder that the last day to fill your survey is January 31! If you don't fill out your survey by the end of that day, your rewards are no longer guaranteed to ship out. This is because we need to get going on the next project and we can't warehouse your order forever.
Also, I've made some updates to the Collectors Guild Cafe website, where you can learn more about upcoming projects (such as miniatures...), read up on the main characters, and take the Cafe personality quiz. Be sure to follow our social pages as well!

I am super excited to announce that all surveys that have been successfully completed and had final payments processed are FULFILLED! That's 317 orders done, digital and physical. Many have already been taken to the post office, and even delivered. The final 82 boxes are headed to the post office tomorrow morning. Also shipping out are the Dragon Woodshop orders for Cafe goodies! If you missed the campaign, be sure to check out all the items available in the Cafe Collection on Dragon Woodshop.

You should have received an email with information about how to retrieve your Calendar & Coloring Book PDFs if you ordered those. If you haven't received this information, you can still access the digital downloads from your BackerKit profile!
Click your BackerKit profile image in the top right corner Click "Your Pledges & Surveys" Go to "Your Surveys" Click "View Order" under the CGC campaign title Click "Digital Downloads" or "Get Your Digital Downloads"
Now you're on the downloads page to get your PDFs!
REMINDER TO REMAINING BACKERS
There are still 11 who haven't filled surveys (some have failed initial charges), 4 with failed charges for shipping (or even initial pledge), and 1 who hasn't completed their address. That's only 16 people left to get goodies to! Get your surveys filled out NOW so we can get your stuff to you ASAP.
Remember, you only have until January 31 of 2024 to complete your survey and pay final dues to have your rewards guaranteed to ship out. Anything incomplete after that day might be considered a donation to the campaign and your rewards could be forfeit. This is because I cannot be a warehouse! I need to get products in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. All things Mythic Management are handled in my own home and there is only so much space for work storage.

Seriously, thank you so much! The Cafe is a budding adventure and I'm so grateful you chose to be part of its first steps. Hello Cafe Patrons! This is a slightly long update, but please be sure to read it all.
It's been quiet for the last 4 weeks or so, but I hope everybody is well and enjoyed their Halloween and such! We handed out Pokemon cards this year, which was delightful.
Anyway, if you haven't been following us on Instagram, you may have missed all the photos of goodies as they have been coming in. Today we received the final item, the Poppy plushie, and she's AWESOME. Below is a series of photos of what you guys are getting!
Before you get lost in the beautiful things, I want to remind the final 15 people to get your surveys filled out! And to those 4 people who have filled their surveys but still have failed charges, please be sure to get your card information fixed. Lastly, thank you to the 313 people who have fully completed their surveys and paid their final dues! We're going to sort through everything over the next couple weeks and start packaging and shipping. We still expect to have all items shipped by the end of the year! I just need to order some boxes for shipping. Can't just walk around throwing Poppy's at people, as much fun as that would be.
Some have asked about digital downloads! Those will go out once physical items start shipping. It will be sent as a digital download link, instructions for that will be in the email that gets sent to you.
Also, we have 60 coloring books and supplies we are donating to the local hospital! We'll share a photo once those are handed off, but here is a photo of everything set aside for them. Thank you SO MUCH for making this happen! Those who specifically added on a donation pack (and pledged for a physical tier) are receiving and adorable Thank You sticker.
If you've forgotten to add on anything to your order, you can order extra stuff at Dragon Woodshop! We've put up the limited extras we have. These ship separately from your pledge, so if you wanted to send something to a loved one or friend as a holiday gift, this is the best place to do that.

Does anyone know when the ones with purely digital pledges will be able to download content? Will that be the same time the first shipment goes out, or sooner?
Wanted to send out a quick update to say that all completed surveys will be locked in 48 hours (including pre-orders). Thank you for completing your surveys! Pre-Orders will still be accepted through the end of the surveys, Sept. 30. We're almost sold out on Poppy Plushies 💮
There are still 25-ish people left who need to fill out their survey, so if you want to be sure you get your Cafe goodness before the end of the year please get those done!
Fun update too: the story for the Cafe comic is coming along really well ☕💜 I've also started blocking out the story boards for our artist, the amazing Abi "Nerdy Alchemist" Park, to work with.

Quick update to let everybody know I've clicked the "Send All Surveys" button, so those should be arriving in your inbox in the next 24 hours. If you don't see it, check Spam/Junk first, then refer to the FAQ to see if it can help. If you still need help, please let me know. And let me know if you need any help filling out your survey.
Also, we got in the final sample of the calendar and coloring book! This was first shared on the Cafe's Instagram. These photos are of the SUNDAY calendar, and the MONDAY calendar files are all done. It's so colorful!! The Wire-O binding is really nice too as it lets the pages line up correctly when the calendar is open. The pages are all semi-gloss finished and are quite sturdy.
The initial 5% of surveys are going out soon! This is called a Smoke Test, and it will be sent to a random 5% of all backers. This is a way to test that the surveys are correctly set up before sending out en masse. Don't worry if you aren't part of the test! All surveys, should things go correctly, will be sent out Thursday, September 14.
We have a poll up for which character you get from the Collectors Guild Cafe personality quiz! Be sure to try out the quiz (it's only 6 questions) and let us know which Collector you are most likely to hang out with!
Finally, there are few more add-ons everybody will have access to: the sticker pack (which is free to all physical pledges, so this is an additional set), the Cafe logo ornament (which was a free reward to previous backers), and the Cafe magnet (a free reward to early bird pledges). Aren't these biome stickers so cute?! Abi did wonderfully capturing these characters in chibi form surrounded by their collections.

Just wanted to send a quick reminder to those final 20-ish people to check your payment settings to make sure your pledge goes through before surveys start! This will help ensure you get your surveys on time. I've almost finished setting them up, just waiting on a couple more art pieces from Abi for the notebook covers and Collector stickers. They are SO CUTE and I know you're going to love them.
Speaking of art, here's the first look at the Holiday Goblins art! This is included at the end of each calendar (plus the first four months of 2025) and the line art is in the coloring book. Plus, all backers with physical pledges are receiving a free print of this! Let us know what you think of it, and tell us what easter eggs you can spot.

What's next? Over the next couple weeks you'll be charged for your initial pledge. If your card fails for whatever reason, you'll have the opportunity to update your payment method. Please do this as soon as possible! Please refer to the Project FAQ section of you have a question, then reach out to us in the Discussion board if you need any further help.
And then? Surveys via BackerKit will go out by September 14, sooner if we can manage it. If you pledged for a notebook, you'll select the character you want on the cover or the CGC logo. Nothing else is customizable. You'll also be able to add on anything else you want from the add-ons list! You MAY need to reselect any add-ons you chose during the campaign, but you won't have to pay more unless you select more. You will be charged for add-ons at the end of the survey, but your shipping won't be charged yet.
Then you'll provide your mailing address. Sometimes BackerKit surveys have an issue where you get a really high shipping estimate until the very last page. Please be sure to get to the final page just before confirming your order to get the best shipping quote. Shipping is not charged yet.
Backers will have until September 30th to finish their surveys. This is when we lock all completed surveys so that item quantities cannot be changed. You'll still be able to fill out your survey after this point, but that could delay fulfillment of your pledge because your items may not be part of the initial orders we place with our fulfillment partners.
We are hoping to receive all items by the end of November. Shipping charges will be placed toward the end of November. We plan to begin shipping at the beginning of December.
What else? If you have not filled your survey and paid by January 31, 2024, your pledge will be forfeit and considered a kind donation.
