Suzy and I both look forward to seeing everyone who is coming to GaryCon this year! We will have a booth, so if you'd like to come and say hello, we will be in the vendor hall.
Since we'll be at the convention, we won't be reliably responding to online questions and messages for about a week.
Other status updates:
USA orders that don't contain landscape-oriented rulebooks will begin shipping on Monday. Not all of them will go out the door on Monday; it will take a few days before they are all in the mail.
We should be able to get the portrait-oriented rulebooks, the modules, and the GM screens on the first step of the way to the UK by Monday or Tuesday, depending on communication. All we're waiting for is a reference number for the pallets, then those can leave from our USA warehouse for the shipping agent's warehouse for transit. We will send the landscape-oriented rulebooks on a different ship as soon as we receive them. By doing it this way, we can fulfill as many orders as early as we can.
People are starting to receive the print on demand books they ordered through DriveThru via the crowdfunding -- if you are seeing pictures of a softcover OSRIC book online, that's what you're seeing. The offset printed books are hardcovers.

Please disregard if you did not order physical products: this update is about shipping costs for physical books.

Shipping Charges will be charged later this week. 
(1) The first step will be an email from BackerKit telling you how much you will be charged for shipping. We expect this email to go out tomorrow (March 11), but it is generated and checked by BackerKit, so the timing isn’t entirely up to us. 
(2) The next step is that cards will be charged approximately 2 days after that email. We hope to start shipping certain USA orders by Monday (see last paragraph for more details).

Just a quick note, since shipping prices have been going up. We DO NOT try to profit from shipping; there are averages and estimates in here (as examples, we have to charge one price for the USA even though there are different shipping regions, and the add-ons are the same price regardless of country) but the prices are as accurate as we can be to our actual cost.

The only books we don’t have in hand at the warehouse are the landscape-oriented rulebooks (which are still being printed), so in the USA we will begin sending orders that don’t contain these as soon as the shipping charges are received. Orders outside the USA need to be sent to the UK warehouse first, so those won’t start shipping to customers immediately.

All Backers: we have fulfilled the Handy Reference PDFs, so fairly soon you should receive an email from DriveThruRPG with links. These are designed for printing on both sides of the page, so if you print one-sided some of the pages will be blank.
All of the books in all formats are now at the printer. As soon as we receive a delivery date estimate on the landscape copies we will be able to start making rough estimates on when we'll be delivering the physical books.
We are also waiting for weight confirmation on the books (from the printer) which will allow us to calculate the shipping costs to those who ordered physical copies.
The VTT development is in process, but we don't have an estimate yet for completion.
For those who ordered the adventure module pdfs, these have been fulfilled (several days ago). If you definitely ordered the adventure modules and you haven't received the email from DriveThru, please check your spam folder first, but if you still don't have it, please contact matt at mythmeregames dot com.

If you backed for a PRINT ON DEMAND copy of the combined rulebooks, we have sent you an email from DriveThru with a code. As described in the pledge, this allows you to print the book at cost (which is about $25).
If you ordered the PoD pledge level or added the PoD as an add-on and did not receive the email, please email me at matt at mythmeregames dot com. I have the discount codes saved and can email you your code.
This doesn't apply to the normal offset print books; I am still working on getting the shipping charges properly put into the system for the offset print books.

Hello all!
We are distributing the PDFs of the adventure module Fortress Tomb of the Ice Lich, by G. Hawkins. These will arrive as an email from DriveThruRPG with a download link. The PDF doesn't appear in your DTRPG library automatically; you have to follow the link to add it.
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. A lot of these "complimentary copy" emails get dropped into spam folders.
Also, please make sure you have finished your survey; we still have almost 200 people who haven't done that yet, and the survey needs to be complete for us to send you the email.
This is the first of the three modules being distributed. The other two will follow over the course of the next couple of weeks -- you haven't missed them.
