Today it’s time for an important update: Fulfillment has begun! Please read this update very carefully, because I’m answering some important questions in it ♥

We’ve currently completed 111 out of 183 shipments! I’m trying to add the tracking information to your orders as soon as possible. You can check under 'Your Surveys → Completed' to see if your order has been fulfilled yet. If so, you’ll receive tracking information by Sunday evening at the latest. Please keep an eye on your shipments regularly to ensure smooth delivery ♥

I’ll be shipping the remaining orders in batches over the next two weeks. However, I won’t be able to ship some of them until around mid-October. The reason for this is a screw-up by the Ita-Bag manufacturer. They sent us incorrect quantities of some items (especially the designer inserts, the black cat ear fronts, and the black fanny packs are affected here).

Another screw-up happened with the pin manufacturer for the freebie pins: the package got lost in transit. I’ve already reordered the pins, but to avoid letting another 1 ½ months slip by, we’ve included replacement pins from our stock with your orders. For example, if you chose an orange fox boardfiller freebie, it might now be purple, blue, teal or pink. We’ve tried to stick as closely as possible to your color preferences. But to make sure no one is disappointed with the alternative pin, as soon as the replacement arrives, I’ll create a freebie code for you so you can choose your favorite color for free at a later date.

Please excuse these workarounds. I’ve tried to plan around these unexpected hurdles as best I can. I know how long you’ve been waiting for the itas, so this is probably the best solution ♥

Please remember that, as mentioned in the project description, you may incur customs fees if shipping outside the EU. Let me know anytime if you have questions or encounter any delivery issues ♥

Heyhey everyone!

I have some great news: the bags arrived! That means I can start fulfilling orders starting Friday <3 I’ve lined up an extra helper, so if everything goes smoothly, we should be able to finish fulfilling orders by next weekend.

Due to difficulties sourcing materials, the production time was significantly extended, so I’ve now paid out of my own pocket to ship the Itas by air freight (instead of by train as originally planned, which would have been much cheaper but also slower). But I didn’t want to make you wait ANY longer, and it was worth it to me <3

If you need to change your address at the last minute due to the long, unplanned delay, please send me an email by Wednesday (September 16) at the latest to [email protected] with your backer name and updated address.

I hope you’re doing well!

I wanted to give you a quick update on the current status of the Itas <3 The 2-in-1 Itas have now arrived! Unfortunately, the fanny packs and clutches haven’t arrived yet. There were major delays with sourcing materials, so production couldn’t start until late.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers aren’t very communicative about delays, so I’m putting a little pressure on them now :D After all, I want you to be able to hold the Itas in your hands as soon as possible. The last update I received was that the individual parts of the Itas are now sewn and just need to be assembled. I also got 2 wip photos:

Depending on the price, I’d also look into having some of the Itas shipped to me by air (instead of by ship) to speed things up a bit. I don’t have that many conventions in September, so I’ll have time to handle fulfillment.

The current schedule is that I’ll charge your cards on August 8, 2026 (for shipping costs and the add-ons from the backer survey). You won’t be able to change your item selection after that - but your address will still be editable! So if you move during that time, it’s no big deal. You’ll receive another separate email when the addresses are locked, and you can update them then.

If possible, I'll ship all US orders as DDP orders so you hopefully don't have to pay extra for customs <3 I'll have to check the shipping rates in September, things are almost changing daily haha.
