Project Update: Juneberry Jam Three Days Too Late!

I just learned that we have an indigenous berry in Chicago called the "serviceberry." They look like blueberries and are also called "juneberries" because they fruit in June, making them June fruiters (which is really fun to say). The blooming of Serviceberries is one of the earliest signs of spring, foretelling the arrival of the itinerant preachers who would soon arrive to perform services for all of the people who died during the winter, hence the name. Fun!  All of this is to say that I've had way too much coffee today and have lost control of the same part of my brain as Estelle Getty's Golden Girl.

June update

So the campaign ended a little over a month ago, and I have done nearly zip. Well, not really, I have ordered and received the bumper stickers, sticker sheets, and "Child of Bobugbubilz" patches! It was really surreal placing an order for nearly $2,000 worth of stickers.

Playtesting

I need to do a ton more playtesting of Mutant Spawn. I'll send out an email/Backerkit update shortly about in-person and online opportunities to participate.

Campaign numerology

Here are a few (out of order) screenshots of weird numerological moments captured throughout the campaign. They demonstrate how obsessively I monitored the campaign.

I missed 1-4, 8, and 9.

And, finally, the real reason for this update

Ok, now that you're all softened up. I have a new campaign launching in August. It is part three in the Saga of Sorcerer Verrükter and the Rükstau Rejects: The Sorcerer's Conundrum. It's a level-2 adventure compatible with Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG that puts the players into a labyrinth filled with everyone's favorite TTRPG pillar: puzzles!

Follow the campaign now to receive FREE VTT Tokens!

Yes, the mad sorcerer needs you to retrieve a magic thingy from the center of an ancient elven labyrinth. Easy peasy.

This will be a digest-sized zine in the style of the two previous chapters, The Sorcerer's Fate and The Sorcerer's Return.

Seriously, follow the campaign now to receive FREE VTT Tokens!

If you follow the campaign, you get a FREE set of 36 VTT Tokens featuring characters and monsters from previous adventures in the saga of Sorcerer Verrükter and the Rükstau rejects: The Sorcerer's Fate, The Sorcerer's Return, and Aufgebläht or Bust, available only by following The Sorcerer's Conundrum!

If you've already followed, thank you! Go back to the teaser page and get your FREE VTT tokens!

Did I mention you can follow the campaign now to receive FREE VTT Tokens?
