We promise we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, but we understand if financial issues pop up. We're happy to offer refunds as long as they're requested before they ship out. We consider the shipment phase to be the end stage of fulfillment. For any refunds after, due to processing fees in different platforms, we can't promise a full refund. We can only refund physical merchandise, not digital ones, once they're delivered if a refund is requested after the project ends.

We've run into two scenarios: 1. People who are paying in increments will receive their surveys after they've finished paying. You have a bit of time there. Due to digital downloads exclusive to higher tiers being available, I review each request to switch to a lower tier on a case by case basis. Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
