Some of you might already be aware because you're cuddling the rewards, but our warehouse has spent the second half of December frantically sending out plushies as quickly as they can! Our four adorable creatures are making their way to forever homes across the world, and they'll be helping make your evening snuggles all the more cozy when they arrive.

Hey everyone, 

I am unfortunately here to share some sad news about our beloved plushies. 

I reached out today to figure out why the HECK our plushies werent here yet. I was told by the folks at CPSC that our stuff was being held at customs because of a miscommunication between them and our shipper. Because of yet ANOTHER egregious error on their part, we are now in a limbo state of not knowing when they will be released from customs. 

Now, we know this is INCREDIBLY frustrating, and believe me, if I could hand-carry them out of customs today I would! But, the sad reality is that we are currently at the mercy of the system and will get these precious monsters to you ASAP.

I wish I could give you an exact day, but I would rather not disappoint anyone more than I already have. 

Rest assured that we will be rewarding EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU for your continued patience, understanding, and kind words of compassion. I will continue to regularly update everyone. :)

FINALLY!

After some ridiculous delays with out shipper, the plushies are IN THE STATES, and should be at the warehouse next week!

That means we should be starting the fulfillment process by the 28th!

Surveys just went out for collecting your shipping address! Make sure to fill those out as soon as you can, so that when product arrives, we can get it to you as soon as possible.

Hey everyone!

Wanted to let everybody know that we just received word that the plushies are shipping to us in about 2 weeks!

That means you only have about a month left until your Cuddlee plushies are in your hands! All the other items have already arrived at the warehouse and are ready to go once the plushies arrive. 

Expect a Backerkit survey in the next few days so that we can collect your shipping address, and get your packages ready.

Thank you SO MUCH from all of us here on the Cuddlee Kaiju team. We've worked tirelessly this last month to make this campaign as much of a success as possible. 

We love how excited people are for this product, and we can't wait to get it in your hands. We will be ordering all of the plushies first thing Monday morning when the factory opens, and will be prepping feverishly to prepare for fulfillment!

We will begin building the backend fulfillment stuff so that we can collect everyone's shipping address. You should expect an email regarding your survey in the next two weeks.
