We are very excited to have received some physical copies of Sisterhood, in all their boxed-set gold-foiled glory!
Shipping Update
We will be starting to send out orders in the UK & US & the rest of the world (non-EU) in the next 2 weeks. Canadian fulfillment will be a few weeks behind the US fulfillment, but we will aim to provide an updated timeline for next months’ update.
As mentioned in the previous update, the shipping situation in the EU is very problematic for small businesses and we are likely to experience a delay. We are monitoring this constantly and will update with more information as soon as possible.
It will take us up to a month to complete fulfilment, so don't worry if package doesn't arrive immediately – it should be with you soon.
AppleID Warning
If you pledged to the campaign using AppleID (i.e. using a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address), it may cause issues receiving emails from Kickstarter. This means you'll miss important updates and reminders. If you have used AppleID, please email us ASAP ([email protected]) with the name of the project, your Backerkit #, and non-relay email address you’d like us to use going forward.
And finally, if you have a desire to uncover mysterious creatures - at all costs… have you explored SHIVER: Cryptids? Follow now and get a free SHIVER adventure and start chasing Cryptids today!
We are thrilled to share some sneak peeks of the Sisterhood books from the factory!
Who else is excited?!
The manufacturing is complete and the books are currently on the water, making their way to our shipping hubs in the USA and UK.
To avoid any hellish issues or delays…

The Time in Nigh!
For those of you in the EU…
Unfortunately, as we are sure many of you have seen, the shipping situation in the EU following the PPWR registration changes is very problematic for small businesses. Many companies are cancelling all shipments into the EU due to the regulation burden being set with these new regulations. This means we are likely to experience a delay in our shipping of all products to the EU whilst we await more information. The EU Commission has already advised its member states not to enforce the new rules, but we need to wait for further confirmation before progressing. We are monitoring this constantly and will update with more information as soon as possible. We understand your frustrations and recommend you contact your EU representatives.
And finally… if you are intrigued by rustles in the undergrowth or glowing eyes in the shadows… have you discovered SHIVER: Cryptids?
These tidings are sent from apocalyptic temperatures (wherever you are, we hope the infernal heatwave is not too hellish!).
All three PDFs are now released – the Core Rulebook, Five Horsemen, or Judgement Day, and we are already hearing tales of some badass nuns kicking some demonic ass. You can find these digital downloads in your BackerKit Survey, and if you're still not sure where that is, click here or follow this guide.
Thank you to everyone who fed back through our Discord… Riptide Ivy, Angelienme, reimroc, The British Empire, DynamiteDan2012, shadymutha, beardyhogg, Kir, Ayfa, mark1410, Pink Daemon, Simon… and to all our other eagle-eyed Sisters - we bless you!
Sisterhood is with the printers, and we were excited to receive a sneak peak of the Mother Superior Screen and Battle Map earlier this week…
Hot off the press!
We will provide a final delivery date soon. With global shipping still in a challenging state we are doing what we can to get you your games as soon as possible. And if you’ve not found your sacred calling yet, you can still pre-order on our webstore.
In the meantime, we have an active sisterhood on our Discord, so we invite you to join the convent by following the link: https://discord.gg/StcqgYjv7u
Judgement Day is upon us, and the rebel host of angels descends to wipe humanity off the face of the Earth. We are happy to announce that the digital copies of the Sisterhood: Judgment Day expansion have now been sent out. We can't wait for you to dive into this expansion for Sisterhood.
An Epic Quest for Feedback! These games are going to the printers very, very soon - and we want those printed books to be as perfect as possible for Sisters everywhere.
If you're an eagle eyed reader and want to send us feedback, please join our Discord and send us your feedback in the Sisterhood channels! That's the best way to let us know what you've found (comments and emails are not actively monitored for game feedback!).
So if you spot anything awry in the Core Rulebook, Five Horsemen, or Judgement Day, please help us save the world (from typos)!
We are excited to announce that the digital version of Sisterhood: The Five Horsemen has now been released to backers! We can't wait for you to dive into this expansion for Sisterhood. Please let us know in the comments and community Discord what you think!
We have also been busy updating the Core Rulebook with the feedback given to us from the community. Thank you all so much for catching all the clarifications and mistakes we missed to help make this the best book possible. We have now updated the PDF copy on Backerkit for all backers.
Here is a quick overview update on where everything else is in the project:
We are aiming to have Sisterhood: The Last Judgement digitally released within the next week or so
Print production on the books is almost ready and will start in the next 2-3 weeks.
All accessories are currently in production and nearing completion.
Thank you all again for your support, and we hope you have a blast battling the Five Horsemen of the Apocalypse and saving the world from ruin!
We have holy news for you all, the Sisterhood Core Rulebook PDF has been released to backers now! Check your inboxes and dig into some demon ass-kicking action.
We're nearing completion on the expansions, which will be released digitally soon, and then it's off to the printers to finalise the physical books.
Please let us know what you think and how your games are going in the comments below!
A quick reminder: If you're going to be at London Comicon or the UK Games Expo this May, come say hello to the team! We're in London right now will be at UKGE next week and would love for you to swing by.
And secondly, we heard the feedback that our communication needed some work, we are now doing monthly (at the minimum!) updates on all projects, and we are always active on our Discord (which you should all come and join!). As part of this, we want to give you an update on all our projects, as we are shifting some announced projects back, and we are anticipating a minor delay on one project.
After an amazing 2024, the start of this year has carried on at a pace. We’ve released our first Starter Sets for Shiver, made several hundred unique items for Don’t Play This Game at a company retreat, and along with you all managed to fund SISTERHOOD. It's been a wild, crazy time and the team are flat out making our games as awesome as we can.
In the background, the team are tireleslly working to get your games to you from our outstanding crowdfunding campaigns. Don’t Play This Game is currently being fulfilled - admittedly, this is running a few months behind schedule. Delivering late is never our aim, Don’t Play was an ambitious project for us with some unexpected issues but we hope the wait is worth it!
We are on track with Sisterhood and will be ready to punch demons in 2026! We wanted to give you something to keep you all excited so have prepared a Sisterhood Lore Primer that gives you some more background on the Sisterhood, their Orders, and also the Cults of the Five Horsemen!
Lore Primer Cover
Over the next few months we'll have more updates rolling out as we have bits ready to share. We plan on sending monthly updates through backerkit to keep you up to date. If you have other questions we are more active on our Discord Server so this is the best place to get a response.
We are pushing the estimated delivery for this project back to Q4. Some workflow overlaps combined with wanting to give the game some extra polish before printing means we are moving the estimated delivery back to Q4. Whilst we are nearly there with the game (with some items already in manufacture), we anticipate missing the delivery by a few weeks. Alongside this, the digital files delivery we are now estimating for Q3 - we can’t wait for you to get playing, so we will be releasing this as soon as we are able.
We are ahead of schedule! We are aiming to have this to all our backers in Q3, ahead of the Q4 aim. We were aiming to deliver Classified before the Corporate campaign, but will miss this by a few weeks. We will be delivering the digital versions before this, however!
What if the worst job you've ever had was autopsying aliens, babysitting monsters, and constant death in an endless cycle of imperfect cloning? And at the end of the day they didn't even pay you? A darkly comic expansion for the award winning SHIVER RPG.
A new Shiver setting bringing all the comic Horror of the Workplace into your TTRPG.
Shiver: Corporate launches in July as planned, and if you follow now you can get a free quickstart guide (including a playable adventure!) for you to test the game out straight away.
Explore the galaxy in your mech with your friends in ION Heart Multiplayer. After the rave reception that ION Heart received we wanted to let people explore the Astral Union with all their buddies. Assemble your companions and take your mech friends into the stars!
We are pushing back to Q1 2026. With so many projects on we have some more development work on this before we launch the project. We are hoping to start the dev diary over summer to keep you up to date with our progress!
????????
You might have noticed a secret title squeezed onto that tracker in between Shiver: Corporate and Ion Heart: Multiplayer. You do have sharp eyes! The necessity of moving Ion Heart: Multiplayer back has allowed us the opportunity to release a new title (or is that titles?) that we have been really excited about for a while. Look out for an announcement very soon!
Tariffs
The situation sucks. We have friends who have lost employment already due to the ongoing tariffs, and are seeing widespread trouble throughout the tabletop industry, which is only going to get worse the longer this continues.
With the majority of our products being produced in Europe as a business we are quite well insulated from the Tariff issues on the majority of our lines. However we are not entirely protected from this huge industry disruption. Our dice, screens, and box sets are all produced in China. Specifically we have the full run of Ion Heart Dice and Mech’s Toolkits currently in production in China, estimated to be completed in the coming weeks. The tariffs on these items alone are substantial, and as a small company make a real dent into our ability to operate.
With the additional delay in delivery for Ion Heart we’ll be taking the time to review all our options and hoping that the situation is resolved by the time at which we need to make a final decision over the coming weeks. Once we have a clearer picture we will do an update specifically on this project.
Sisterhood is in a similar position, but further down the road.
In addition to this, we are now out-of-stock of some items in the USA and will not be able to resupply them until this.
As a business it is clear we stand firmly against the tariff situation, and support the actions of companies such as Stonemeier Games in trying to support the industry in these tough times. As a small company we are feeling, and will continue to feel the pain from this situation, and we can only hope for a swift resolution. We encourage all of our customers to reach out to their representatives, but we also empathise with the real-life effects that you are feeling from this situation not only in regards to games. We hope it will get better, for everyone.
On A Nicer Note!
