Hi, I recently decided to purchase a new add-on (all campaign frames in PDF). I received a confirmation email from BackerKit, but I do not see any charge on my card yet, and the order does not appear to be processing. I assume this may not be automatic, but I wanted to check. Could you let me know if add-ons can still be added, if I provided all required information, and also kindly provide an estimated timeline for when the order will be processed? Many thanks.
