Project Update: Fulfilment Update 🕊️
Good morning all!
It has been a very busy month here at P&T with back to back events. I have been beavering away with packing your orders, the majority of the UK based pledges have been fulfilled! The only UK orders left to do are those which require personalisation. These will go out ASAP.
I am starting on the USA based orders today and hope to have a good chunk of these sent by the end of the week. As always, dispatch emails will come from [email protected] and will contain your tracking (if applicable)!
Thank you so much for your patience with this campaign - production took longer than planned so everything is going out later than originally anticipated but I'm so excited for you guys to finally see your goodies! They should be well worth the wait 🩵💙

Project Update: Pins Are Here!! 🎉
Woohoo! The pins have arrived! They're super pretty, I have posted a couple of unboxing videos on Instagram if you'd like to see 👀👀
Address Locking
Addresses will be set to lock very shortly, you will receive an email to let you know you have 48 hours to update your survey.
Failed Payments
There are a few failed payments or incomplete surveys hanging around - you have until the end of July to update these or your pledge will be cancelled.

Project Update: First Photos!
Hi gang! I was hoping to have pins in hand by now, but as they are intricate designs using complex plating and techniques, they're taking a little longer to get perfected. I would much rather deliver top notch pins slightly late than have rushed, poor quality ones and my fab manufacturer agrees with me.
Here is a look at the process behind the pins! It's that beautiful plating that has taken the extra time, it can bubble as part of the process and we wanted to make sure you only had the smooooothest pins.

Project Update: Production Continues!
Hello all!
Thank you for your patience - this is one of those interim updates to let you guys know that everything is proceeding smoothly and pins should arrive in the next couple of weeks! As soon as they do I shall update you all again and let you know when addresses will be locked on the surveys.
Stickers, dragon cardigans and the rest of the apparel is here and ready to send, so it's just pins, bookmarks and banners we are waiting on now!
I am excited to get your goodies to you all 🥰
