Hi everyone! ✨ Here’s a quick update on where things are up to with Holiday Market shipping:
📮 Orders Shipped Before Christmas
All orders with surveys completed before 19th December were packed and shipped on that date.
Estimated Shipping Times
UK: 1–3 working days (please allow up to 2 weeks before contacting me)
EU: 3–5 working days, but please allow up to 12 weeks
🌍 International Standard: 6–7 working days, please allow up to 12 weeks
🌍 International Tracked: 5–7 working days, please allow up to 12 weeks
(Postal times can vary, especially around the holidays.)
🚚 Orders Still to Be Sent
There are 5 orders with surveys completed after 19th December - these will be sent out tomorrow. Thank you so much for your patience while I work through the final few!
💳 Failed Payments
There are currently 4 orders with failed payments. I’ll be emailing those affected later today to help get everything resolved.

Hi everyone! ✨ Now that the Holiday Market campaign has wrapped up, here’s a simple overview of what happens next and what you can expect over the coming days:
📝 Surveys
Backer surveys will be sent as soon as they’re approved by BackerKit. These will let you confirm your order, select any options, add extras, and update your shipping information.
You'll receive an email the moment they go live!
💳 Payments
Campaign payments are currently processing. You will receive an email from BackerKit letting you know whether your payment went through.
If your payment fails, don’t stress. You’ll have a few days to fix it inside BackerKit. If it’s easier, you can also email me directly at [email protected]and we can arrange payment outside of BackerKit.
Once you complete your survey, cards will be charged automatically for:
Shipping
Any additional add-ons you select in the survey
This helps speed up fulfilment so your order can be on its way as quickly as possible!
✈️ International Shipping Upgrades
There is now an optional add-on in the survey for international customers who want to upgrade to tracked shipping.
Some orders will automatically include tracking; the easiest way to check is to look at the shipping total in your survey:
If your shipping cost is over £20, then tracking is already included.
If it’s lower, you can upgrade in the survey if you'd prefer faster and more secure delivery.
I highly recommend upgrading if you want your package ASAP or like keeping an eye on where your parcel is.

As soon as payments clear and surveys are in, I’ll be hustling to get everything shipped as fast as one person possibly can!

A quick reminder: Please make sure your card details are up to date and that you have sufficient funds available when the campaign ends. The faster your payment clears, the sooner I can begin packing and shipping your orders, and I’m so excited to send these out to you! ✨📦
