We're Tim and Brandon, a couple in Sydney who've been designing bags since 2014. 40+ campaigns, 50,000+ bags sold, 100,000+ customers.
We've always wanted to take the concept of our bags being the balance of showing off your personal collections but still being functional.
Meet our Premium bag brand TROAV The next chapter we want to embark on is a new brand that takes our ITA bags into mainstream with premium materials and the best of all our learnings from past years. Our premium range of bags will be under the Troav brand which will also eventually feature other hand bags and everyday bags.
The 15" Frame ITA Bag is the beginning of a new chapter something bigger, tougher, and built to last longer than a normal ITA bag with 12 oz thick cotton and durable metal accents and nylon webbing to reinforce all the regular weakpoints on a bag like the backstraps.

The window uses phone case grade TPU for a scratch resistant surface with max clarity, so your pins stay visible and protected instead of fogging up behind cheap plastic.

The window is the same 0.8mm TPU that drop protection phone cases are made from, so it resists scratches, haze, and creasing instead of clouding up after a few wears.

Problems Solved
We built this after hearing the same two requests over and over from people who wanted an ITA bag for everyday life, not just cons.
"I want to display my pins and charms in an everyday bag"
Most ITA bags on the market lean into heavy theming that's hard to wear day to day, skew pastel in a way that clashes with half your wardrobe, lock you into one style or mode, or run too small to fit anything beyond your pins.
"I want an ITA bag that is comfy and lasts"
The other complaint is durability. Stiff, uncomfortable straps that snap. Flimsy vinyl windows with no real structure behind them. Missing pockets or sections to actually organise your stuff. Cheap PU or polyester that breaks down within a season.
We designed around both lists directly, so the bag looks the way you want it to and still holds up.
Every pocket has a job. The main compartment holds a 15" device or A4 with room for a second one behind it, opens wide so you're not digging around blind, and drops down to hand sized pockets for cables, chargers, and your phone.

A 7" wallet that works inside your ITA bag or on its own with a detachable wrist strap. 7 pockets across 3 zones hold cards, cables, and your phone, with a pin insert pocket for a small rotating display and tech pockets built for earphones and a charger. Comes padded, in black or ivory, at 0.65L.
Display Accessories
Three ways to hang more without adding another bag. The 4" waterproof figure case clips on with a double clasp to protect a mini plush or figurine from rain and dirt. D-ring pins attach to bags, inserts, clothes, or pants with 2 locking clasps for extra keychains. And the secure-snap phone lanyard slides into any phone case, clips to a magnet clasp, and keeps your phone tug proof and drop safe at a modular length of 54 to 82cm.
Funding closes late July and production starts right away. You'll get a backer survey in early August to lock in your pin, charm, and freshener picks along with shipping details, production wraps mid August, and fulfilment kicks off mid September. From there it's 2 to 4 business days to reach you in Australia, 2 to 5 days to the US, and 3 to 10 days for the rest of the world, all shipped globally tracked through FedEx, Australia Post, TNT, DHL, and other regional carriers. Shipping costs scale with pledge size, and international rates reflect the actual weight and volume of the bags rather than a flat per-tier fee. US orders include prepaid duties at 17% of order cost excluding shipping, so there's no surprise bill at your door.
