WE ARE FUNDED!!!
WOO HOO!
Thank you everyone for coming in hot and fast, and helping us get funded in about 90 minutes!
There is a ton of campaign left to go and a lot of amazing editions to unlock, but because we funded in less than 24 hours we are putting Mike Martens to work on creating a digital play space for each game.
Mike is leading the charge on the visual redesign of The Brindleverse Triptych, and once the project is finalized we will be releasing his design templates to help other folks design shortform games using the CFB structure!
However, you may be asking...
What is a digital playspace?
Is it a VTT? Is it a character keeper?
The answer is that it's a bit of each, but something distinct. It's an easy to access whiteboard space created in Figma's FigJam. Here's a Playspace Mike made for their award winning game Wassailing of Claus Manor.
It'll pair well with other tools for play, while adding a physicality that's more flexible than your average Character Keeper. We are very excited developing more of these for Carved From Brindlewood games, especially ones like Wes Franks' Come On In where spinning up a murder board while you work through clues is a huge help!
Next up we unlock the heart of our stretch goals, CHOATIC'S GUIDE TO THE BRINDLEVERSE!!!
Let's get there!
