❀ Actual colours may look different in real life compared to on your computer screen. There may be small variation in bag details, as they are sewn and embroidered by hand.
❀ Due to current world events - some logistic routes around the world are are restricted or rerouted. Delivery times are estimates and there is always the possibility of delays. Please be patient with the production and shipping process! We will post regular updates on the progress of fulfilment on BackerKit rewards and will update backers if there are any delays. By backing our campaign, you agree and understand that delivery times are not 100% guaranteed.
❀ Backers are responsible for all custom fees incurred in your local country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Shipping and handling will not be refunded if packages are denied due to custom fees. By backing this campaign, you understand and agree that if you do not pay custom fees at the border, and your package is returned, no refunds will be issued but you may pay shipping again to reship the package.
