It's essentially the same, you won't be charged until the campaign ends and only if the campaign is successful. The main difference is that the shipping is charged AFTER the campaign ends rather than during the campaign.

After the campaign ends, you will receive an email with a survey with all the available designs. You simply fill in the survey with your address, your reward choices, and you will even be able to add-on more products after the campaign ends!

Early Bird pledges are pledges made to the Early Bird tiers during the first 48 hours of the campaign launch. What's the difference between Early Bird & regular pin tier? > Early Bird tiers will be the absolute cheapest price you can get the products for, regular pin tiers will be around US$1.5 more, and then they will be around US$2-3 more than the regular pin tiers when they are made available in my shop How do I add-on to my Early Bird tier? > You may simply go to the add-on page and add-on the Early Bird pin tier to your pledge level

All rewards will be marked as "sales of good". Backers are responsible for all custom fees incurred in your local country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Shipping and handling will not be refunded if packages are denied due to custom fees. By backing this campaign, you understand and agree that if you do not pay custom fees at the border, and your package is returned, no refunds will be issued but you may pay shipping again to reship the package.

After the campaign is over, refunds will not be issued under any and all circumstances. This is due to non-refundable campaign processing fees, as well as the money directly going to my manufacturer for production, as such, we are unable to refund anyone out of our own pockets, as all funding will be directed towards production as well as processing and bank fees. Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
