A quick but happy shipping update:
The first batch of held parcels (for which the additional tariff charge was successfully processed and paid) is now ready to leave tomorrow!! 🎉✨

We’re genuinely so relieved and happy to finally see this first group of parcels moving after being held for so long.

This is only the first batch, but it’s an important step forward and we’ll keep moving through the remaining held parcels as we continue working on them.

We also know there are comments/questions we still need to go through, and some of them may require a reply or may need to be added to the main pinned Q&A recap update we recently posted. We’ll review everything as soon as possible and update or reply where needed.

In the meantime, a lot of our energy is currently going mainly into getting these held parcels out and fixing the Backerkit/Shopify issue.

Thank you again for sticking with us through all of this. Seeing these parcels finally move is a huge relief on our side too, and we’re very grateful to be able to share this progress with you.

At this point, the arrival of the enamel pins will be the next big step in helping us move the other remaining rewards forward as well. So far, their transit still seems to be going smoothly.

More to come soon — It’s been a long road, so, again, seeing this first held batch finally move feels really, really good.
