Hi everyone, We wanted to share this small update because there is a lot happening behind the scenes between each fulfillment round, and we know it can be hard to see that from the outside.
So here's a quick behind-the-scenes fulfillment check-in dedicated to EU/ROW/non-US parcels.
The recent updates have understandably focused a lot on the US import-charge process and packing rounds, but that does not mean ROW parcels have been forgotten or left aside. While the next US segment is waiting for its import-charge step to be completed before those parcels can move forward, we have also been continuing with the packages that do not require that US-specific step.
As mentioned previously, fulfillment has not stopped in the meantime: these EU/ROW/non-US parcels can move through a different flow, so we have been preparing and dispatching them in parallel whenever possible.
