PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: The pledge manager should be fixed now
For those of you who have had trouble filling out the pledge manager questionnaire: We should have the problem fixed. With an emphasis on ‘should.’ It seems that the problem is that I assigned a price to a couple of the survey questions where there should have been no item price entered, and so those of you affected were expected to pay extra for your reward. I removed the prices from the survey questions, so I hope we’re all squared away now.
If you have been having problems filling out your pledge manager survey question, please try it again and let me know if you’re still having problems.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Major Oops
I can’t recall in my 10 years on crowdfunding platforms making a screw-up quite this big, but here we are: It seems that I built the pledge manager questionnaire incorrectly and some of you (depending on your reward tier) are being expected to pay extra when you have to choose between the 5E and Pathfinder versions of the module.
The best excuse I can make is that Backerkit’s process has become too complicated for me to grasp properly, and the logic chain of how Input X leads to Output Y has become obscure. I obviously filled out the form without understanding how it would work and trusted that it would all work out somehow. This is of a piece with how I have always approached life in general.
Anyway, I am consulting with Backerkit support to get this sorted out. I hope we can fix it on the fly, but I suppose it’s also possible that we may have to scrap the pledge manager as it exists now and just start all over again.
I am, at the moment, at Consimworld Expo selling Ramen Sandwich Tees merch and will be here the rest of the week. I’ll stay on top of things as best I can until I return home this weekend.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: And.. we're done!
Our thanks to all of you who backed his campaign; to Backerkit for accepting us into Pocketopia this year; and to Tabletop Tavern for taking us in as well. The campaign is now over, and we hit our funding target. Yay!
Now, I have to get the pledge manager ready and I will do so while fulfilling pledges from our last campaign, for The Book of Plagues. If you're waiting to buy other books from our catalogue at a discount, you'll have your chance through the pledge manager. In the meantime, please make sure that your credit card info on file with Backerkit is up to date as they collect your pledges.
Unfortunately, all of this means putting completion of Children of the Mountain God on hold because these tasks won't take care of themselves. But all of the basics of the module are in place, and I just have to elaborate on them. As always, I'll keep you up with the news through these updates and through my Substack blog.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Counting down to the end
We're down to the last few days of the campaign. If you've been waiting to make your pledge, don't wait much longer!
I'll be in touch again in a few days, once the campaign closes. With GAMEX 2026 out of the way, I can knuckle down and finish writing Children on the Mountain God, with Path to Tifala soon to follow.
To those of you who have already pledged your support, thank you!
PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Funded — I knew it would work!
I know that it has only been a couple of days since my last update, but I always like to post whenever a campaign funds, just to mark the occasion and thank everyone who put down their marker. I had a feeling that attaching the add-ons would put us over the top, and I think that has done the trick.
Anyway, work on Children of the Mountain God is coming along. I hope to post to my Substack blog no later than this weekend about how it's shaping up, and so I invite you to check it out. A free subscription will keep you up on what is going on with Ramen Sandwich Press, and a premium subscription will give you full access to my deep reflections on games and the gaming industry and various free-floating debris about entertainment and culture.
Thanks you again to everyone who has pledged so far, and we have plenty of room for more backers!
