I also updated the main page some with art. Just have the nugget one to work on and finish.

Almost all the surveys are done, so I think I have enough to work with for ordering!

I will just manually deal with these one by one instead of asking backerkit for help again.

I do have the freebies already on hand anyways so I mainly need counts on the other designs (I have to redraw the nugget one so feel free to wait on that or take a risk).

I do not know if it shows from your end if you qualify for freebies or not, but feel free to email me and ask or ask me on discord/facebook before filling out your survey if you don't know. I don't want you guys wasting your actual pledges on freebies if you are already receiving them.

Once I get a rough idea of quantities needed, I will place the order. MoQ is 50 so it's mostly am I ordering 50 of a design or 100 based on what people are wanting.

If you have questions, feel free to ask! I have a lot to catch up on now that I am back from AMKE (pantones, 1 commission and the nugget dragon).

So backerkit changed something again and I think I need to go manually edit the existing pledges or something.

If you have a smoke test, feel free to go edit your wants. I'm using this as an example because the shipping was removed and fixed for the incentives but now the incentives aren't showing up at all.

Also just ignore sounds great. I'm dumb and when it's like "you need a sku" I add one. = p

So this person should have 7 selected pins of their choice + an 8th pin (the freebie, in this case the sushi cat is the early bird freebie). However, you can see it is not showing up on the right. There are only 7 pins + the sounds great sku that has no business being there at all.

Here is another backer's smoke test.

You can see that they added 3 addons + the initial pin they had. That's 4 pins. There should be 2 more pins for the incentives, totaling 6 pins. It's missing both the incentives.

When I check this page to see what is going on, it shows bonus rewards as nothing. Anyways - I expected to have the surveys out by now and yeah. This is where we're at. 

I get back from AMKE on Sunday evening since I live close. Worse case I will be individually editing items into every person's item list.

Backerkit is PST and by the time they respond to me, my daughter is usually home and I'm making dinner/not at my PC. Either way I will come back to this Monday and see if editing each one works because I don't really want to email Backerkit for more help at this point.

All I wanted was for the incentives to not be adding extra shipping and it's now a mess. I can have my husband help me get these edited either way so it won't be a huge deal as long as manually editing doesn't create other problems. I remake every order on shopify for faster printing and shipping anyways so worse case I will make notes on these pages and make sure the shopify remake is correct.

The backend is like my literal enemy. I spend more time fighting with it than doing anything else I swear lol..

Alright smoke tests have been sent and seems like people are able to pick their incentive pins which wasn't how it was supposed to be (and I have.. no idea why that is happening).

They should be these (image below) so I emailed backerkit already to find out what is going on.

Sorry for the inconvenience! I already have these pins on hand for you guys waiting for everything else to arrive.

Once that gets resolved, I will send the remaining surveys out.
