Call of the Sea: The Everhart Expedition is a brand-new campaign for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition. Based on the famous video game Call of the Sea, it offers a different way of understanding the Cthulhu Mythos, along with the delightful taste of a renewed classic.
This campaign takes place in the 1930s as a “what if” that will surprise both Call of the Sea fans and newcomers. Playable by everyone.
Join the Everhart Expedition as Norah Everhart and her husband and archaeologist Harry, Dr. DeWitt, mechanic Frank, journalist Cassandra and Hollywood actor Roy. Cross the world in search of a cure for Norah’s deadly and strange disease. Enjoy the special personal dimension of each investigator -their relationships, plot hooks and agendas encourage interaction and add flavor to the role-playing experience, acting as an organic seed of scenes.
When a strange family illness strikes on Norah Everhart, she and her husband Harry gather sponsors and specialists to travel the world and find a cure. What they don't expect is that this journey will mean uncovering secrets that defy the limits of the human mind and threaten to break their morals and their sanity.
From San Francisco to New England, from the French Polynesia to a forgotten island in the Pacific Ocean feared by the natives. There are many ways to get lost in the dangers of this journey full of secrets and riddles, but there is no choice but to face them to save Norah… or maybe there are some hidden cards to be played if you have what it takes.
