I've seen various crowdfunds hit speedbumps, encounter the unexpected and so forth. Those that have kept their backers in the loop, and explained the problems and their ramifications have, in my experience, always been met with understanding and patience from their would-be customers. The above statement from the campaign's text just isn't true. The majority of questions and comments have been left unanswered and unacknowledged. Even the current delay is just a "stay tuned". It's really a shame.
