For those whose payment failed - How to resolve it!
Hi again everyone Currently we are at 12 failed shipping payments, if you one of the 12 please make sure to update your card information. You can check your failed payment email with information on why it failed on your account page. However the #1 reason payments fail is due to your bank not approving the charge.
If that is the case you will need to either change your payment card or contact your bank to request they allow the charge. In my personal experience one of my cards works with Backerkit no problem but the other always rejects the charges

Hi! Great news everyone, the Poncho Plushies arrived and I can begin shipping them out to you!
First we will need to complete a few steps however, I will begin the process of finalizing orders so that I can ship them to you. Here's how it will go: 1. I will lock orders in 48 hours which means after that point you will not be able to edit the choice of plush you made in your survey. The 4 people who have not completed their surveys and anyone who wants to change which plush they picked please go into your account and edit your survey before that time
2. Charge cards. The next step will be charging the cards you have on file for the shipping cost and anything you added on during the survey
3. Address changes, after the cards have been charged I will send out an email calling for address changes. If you need to update your address you can do so at anytime just please make sure to get that completed within 48 hours of the email
4. Shipping, then I will get your orders shipped to you!
While steps 1-3 are being completed I will work on grading the plushies and organizing everything needed to ship them out. Please lmk if you have any questions and get ready for your plushies!
Hi everyone Everything with the new product testing regulations has been settled, we decided to label the plastic packaging with the plushies with information that they are for adult collectors and not suitable for children (which they really aren't because of the small removeable ball chain) but they still might be flagged for inspection. In which case I will need to prove that I sold them as collectable items. Hopefully that will all go smoothly and they will be in my hands in a week or two!
As well, Mio is shipping the 5cm and 10cm Thanzag plushie sets to me now
Everything else (pouches, lanyards, charms, stickers etc) is with me already so once they arrive its just a matter of grading them and then shipping! Yay!
Pouches arrived and regarding importing the plushies
Hi again everyone Popping in to give you some updates! - The add-on pouches for the Poncho Plushies have arrived, and they look very cute. The plushies fit in them very snuggly but they do fit and have a very cute effect with the plush inside. Here are a couple pics from my IG stories of the pouch in action
I personally really like all the various ways you can combine the pouch, lanyard, keyrings and plushies together. I hope you'll have fun with them!
Now for a more serious part of the update, on July 8 a new law regarding toy imports was enacted. Any toys aimed at children imported into the US need to have safety testing documentation otherwise they face fines and destruction. Collectable toys and items aimed at adults are not beholden to this law however it is up to the opinion of the customs agents inspecting your packages if they think it's for kids or adults
Some people who have attempted to buy anime figures from Japan have reported their figures being destroyed at customs, and others are being asked to provide safety testing data. So it sounds like anything perceived as "for children" is at risk.
I will be talking to my manu this week about options for dealing with this, and I will do my utmost to try and get these plushies imported safely. However there is a risk they might be destroyed by customs and in that case I will of course issue refunds to everyone. I'll keep you posted on how everything goes but I'm crossing my fingers for it all to go okay ToT

Hi everyone I was asked if I still plan on following through with the plushies and I apologize if I have given any reason to think I'm not going to ToT I'm very proud of all the projects I have successfully ran in the past year+ and I have no intentions of breaking from that! I do also post small updates in my instagram stories and my twitter (for this and the Hades Enamel Pin Project) so please feel free to follow me on those platforms for more updates if you like
As for update details Poncho plushies: still in production, I was quoted completion this month but it does seem to be taking a bit longer. If it extends beyond June I will let you know Mio's 5 and 10cm plushies: In production with expected completion in mid July Plush pouch: In production Lanyard, stickers, freebie guide and adoption cert. etc.: All completed and in hands!

Plushie production beginning! And 88% survey completion
Hi again everyone Firstly thank you to everyone who has already filled out their surveys <3 We are currently at 88% completion, but let's keep going and aim for that 100% rate! As a reminder if you do not fill out your survey you will receive the most popular plushie (which is Astarion naturally lol) as default
Also, I wanted to share that I paid for the production of the plushies yesterday! Meaning the plushies will now start being made, My rep quoted me a completion in mid-July, which is a month longer than I had estimated in our timeline, but I'll do everything I can to get them to you asap
The funds from the campaign paid for about half of the cost of production so there will be plenty of leftovers available if there was a plushie you were holding off on at the time. My next steps will be starting work on the freebies, plush pouch and strap and paying for Mio's plushies to begin production! Look forward to more updates :))
