Currently we are at 12 failed shipping payments, if you one of the 12 please make sure to update your card information. You can check your failed payment email with information on why it failed on your account page. However the #1 reason payments fail is due to your bank not approving the charge.

If that is the case you will need to either change your payment card or contact your bank to request they allow the charge. In my personal experience one of my cards works with Backerkit no problem but the other always rejects the charges
