Everyone who has paid for their backing tier will be emailed their Grim Omen subscriber code (this includes those who are paying over time). This email will have instructions on how to redeem your code (including a separate code for Cozy Companion if you backed for both) and set up your account so that your subscription will be ready to ship in early May. To receive Volume Zero and the Volume 1 (May) you MUST complete your subscription on the website by 11:59 PM EST on April 20th!

Check your spam! Sometimes our emails get lost in spam or behind blockers. 

Make sure your Backerkit account is paid. If your account is unpaid (we have a few that could not process), please log into your Backerkit account and update your billing information. As soon as your account is in good standing, we can get those codes over to you!

Make sure you’re checking the same email you used on the Backerkit page.

Do not wait for pledge managers to set up your subscription! Pledge managers will arrive in late April to early May. Most of you will not need the pledge manager, as you will be using GrimOmenMag.com for 100% of your fulfillment. Those who backed for a Print Collector’s Tier will need to fill out a backer survey so we can get those big hardcover Cozy Compendia out to you!
