The wild weather is definitely keeping us all on our toes, with heat waves and intense storms. We hope that everyone has been able to eke out at least a little time to settle down by a campfire and roast some marshmallows. That being said, work is pressing on with Campfire Tales development and we have a mischievous little update for you on that front.
But first, thank you to everyone for participating in the last poll! Here is an updated sketch of the Headless Hoptop option that received the most votes!
Now it's time for the next poll. This one is all about BEARS! Well… teddy bears to be exact! The teddy bear picnic is in full swing and we need your feedback on some ideas we have bouncing around on how to bring these mischievous fellows to life. Be sure to fill out the poll to have your vote counted! These bears will be causing an inordinate amount of chaos in the Teddy Bear’s Picnic adventure in the Tales from Wolfham book.

We apologize for being delayed in getting this update out to you. Snowbright has been going through some (positive) changes this year as we grow, but it has meant a delay in getting you updates on Campfire Tales as we have brought on some new staff and got them settled in on the team. This has also meant that we have fallen behind on our original timeline. We don’t have an updated timeline for you just yet, but look for one coming this fall.
In the meantime, we have a fun one for you today. Take a peek below at a snippet from the intro to one of the new adventures in the Tales from Wolfham book. Then, take a look at the villain (gasp!) from the adventure.
One of our wonderful artists has created three versions of the villain for you to look at and vote on! Which version would you like to see? We would love to know!

It’s hard to believe that just a short while ago, the residents of the Verdant Isles held the existence of the Mushbys to be only a myth. Now we know that Mushbys are, in fact, quite real, and players are about to learn even more about them as Tales of Forgotten Memories takes them deep into the Mushby city of Polyporopolis. Players will explore the city, meet many new Mushbys, and help them reconnect the city to the Mycorrhizal Network.
Here is a sneak peek at a few of the Mushbys you can meet along the way!
So who are these adorable new characters? We have our trio, Tara, Yestin, and Guillermina, coworkers at the Polyporopolis Department of Public Works. Tara is known for her wit; no matter the topic of conversation, she’s always got a clever joke, biting insight, or swift retort, and her repartee is sprinkled with seemingly countless scientific and historical references. Yestin is a very “by the book” sort of engineer, taking his time to gather all the relevant information before starting a new project, from building codes to soil tests. And Guillermina is the sort of Mushby that’s always seeking excitement, and gets a real thrill from some of the more risky aspects of civil engineering, like working on top of buildings.
Below you’ll find Diometra, a young diplomat who's just a few years into her career with the Polyporopolis Diplomatic Service.

We just wanted to take a second to say thank you for all your support during the Teatime Adventures: Campfire Tales campaign! Over the course of its run, you all managed to unlock four additional Tea Pets and an additional tea blend! (We didn't keep track of how many marshmallows everyone ate, but I know I ate quite a few!)
So what's next?
We will be busy working on getting everything ready to go to the printer! We won't bother you too much with emails, expect one from us every three months or so plus when we have exciting news or new art to share!
