Hello everyone!

It’s time for a wee update on Campfire Tales! 

It’s hard to believe that just a short while ago, the residents of the Verdant Isles held the existence of the Mushbys to be only a myth. Now we know that Mushbys are, in fact, quite real, and players are about to learn even more about them as Tales of Forgotten Memories takes them deep into the Mushby city of Polyporopolis. Players will explore the city, meet many new Mushbys, and help them reconnect the city to the Mycorrhizal Network.

Here is a sneak peek at a few of the Mushbys you can meet along the way!

So who are these adorable new characters? We have our trio, Tara, Yestin, and Guillermina, coworkers at the Polyporopolis Department of Public Works. Tara is known for her wit; no matter the topic of conversation, she’s always got a clever joke, biting insight, or swift retort, and her repartee is sprinkled with seemingly countless scientific and historical references. Yestin is a very “by the book” sort of engineer, taking his time to gather all the relevant information before starting a new project, from building codes to soil tests. And Guillermina is the sort of Mushby that’s always seeking excitement, and gets a real thrill from some of the more risky aspects of civil engineering, like working on top of buildings.

Below you’ll find Diometra, a young diplomat who's just a few years into her career with the Polyporopolis Diplomatic Service.
