Hello everyone!

Thank you all for being so patient and understanding while our small team worked through the incoming messages regarding the bagged shipments. In total, we received more than 500 reports of damage, which took us some time to process as we responded to everyone. Among the requests, many of you offered words of support and general thanks, while others took the situation in stride with a cheerful email. Your support always serves as a great reminder of why we do this.

As you might expect, we've received a number of important updates regarding fulfillment and want to keep you informed about what to expect. We also want to mention that we see the project itself was marked as 'fulfilled'. We don't have any control over that designation, and we will ask BackerKit for more information.

Thank you so much to each and every backer who reached out to us about the damages. We've been quietly working to finalize reships, and are happy to share that we expect them to begin shipping this week. You can expect to receive these very soon. We will let everyone know when we've heard that replacement shipments have concluded via a pinned comment reply to this update.

A small number of US shipments are still outstanding. We've identified what appears to be 198 outstanding orders. There are 25 orders remaining to be shipped from Warehouse 23 that contain add-ons, along with 60 retail orders. We are also tracking 113 orders that were not included in any previous fulfillment waves. We expect to ship these pledges immediately after the damage replacements go out.

We are very close to beginning shipping for both the UK and EU countries. We've heard some good news regarding inventory from GamesQuest this morning. They've also informed us they are expecting to send out address verification notices later this week. Please make sure to keep an eye on your email to confirm whether an address update is needed.

We expect shipping for the EU to begin on August 31, while UK orders are currently slated to begin shipping on September 14.

To our friends in Australia and New Zealand, you'll be happy to know that our fulfillment partner (Let's Play Games) notified us over the weekend that inventory has arrived. They are currently working through a bit of a backlog, but they expect to begin fulfillment the week of August 31.
