There are certainly diminishing returns on some. However, most, if not all would be good candidates for release as STL's. Scanners for small items have improved greatly. Even if only a single example can be found, it can be scanned. Current scans need only moderate cleanup & processing to make a good STL file. Nowhere near the time & expense required to convert a metal mini to a steel injection mold. People may want dozens of GEV's. No one is likely to want dozens of jamscreens, but many players may want1-2 jamscreens. STL's would be the best way to make them available. Maybe in packs of 5-6 items - pack of buildings, pack of weapons, pack of trucks/hovertrucks, etc.
