Hi, book arrived today here in France. The book is damaged in a few places (not surprising considering the very light packaging), plus I had to pay an extra 12€ in import tax, on top of the 50$+ of shipping fees which were supposed to already include VAT? The package label didn't mention anything about VAT being paid in advance, so I assume that's why it got applied again, plus treatment fees. This really isn't great.
