These editions were saved from the original print runs, with the intent to be used for special occasions, charities, or donations. This pledge includes the extremely rare, Black on Black cover. This version went out to the first 50 pre-orders, and a couple copies were donated to various fundraisers and charity auctions. I have two left, and one is available here.
