UPDATE: confirmed defect in some bags where the attachment to D rings just tears randomly, if you have this issue contact me for replacement, I’ll need photos to log as evidence to show manufacturer.

Hey everyone, fulfillment is currently 100% and I’d like to thank everyone for the support of this project. There have been some cases where some bags (seems to be some big sized ones) have defected d ring attachments that weren’t caught on quality check, if you notice this, please let me know and I can send out a replacement. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. 

Also just a reminder from the campaign FAQ about weight, although with stress test, the smaller can hold  iPad and the bigger a laptop, but as mentioned, these bags being sleeve in nature are not made for heavy duty they can only hold a certain amount of weight, I wouldn’t recommend going past that for long term use. For example, I would not recommend putting an iPad Pro and a MacBook pro in the bigger bags, might over-stress it, and since it’s crossbody, that weight on the shoulders might not be good for you. But overall, it should hold some things, we caught a defect with the D ring attachments!

Lastly, if you get the exterior dirty, you should be able to lightly hand wash it. The white gatomon ones especially would probably need extra care.

UPS has delivered a portion of the boxes, and updated and set a delivery time for the rest, which means I’ll be getting all the shipments soon so I can start sending out rewards right after I do a quick quality check. I really appreciate all the support and patience, I’ve been super busy with opening up/managing a new physical store lately and these bags will be arriving just in time to be stocked after every backer gets their rewards! I hope you guys can start using these fluffy bags soon! And maybe even come visit our store if you are ever in Toronto. We opened at Union Station so it’s a major transportation hub from the airport.

Hello everyone,
I’ve been asking my manufacturer to follow up with the shipping courier to give me a status update. They assured me that it’s on route and not lost, since I was getting a bit worried. I’m still hopeful that tracking will show arrive in Canada status and get an UPS tracking soon. I’ll continue to monitor and keep everyone updated. Once the shipment does arrive in hand, I’ll get a helper so we can get rewards out as fast as we can.
Apologies again for delays, I didn’t expect sea shipping to take this long, previous campaigns I’ve launched usually had shipments arrive 2 months or so, this waiting game is really frustrating.

Just an update to let you know everything is still in production but I’ve got word that it should finish up soon so I’ll update again once it does! After production finishes the bags will be shipped out to me via sea, might have some slight delays due to our port strikes but hopefully not too much congestion, anyways, thank you for your patience!
