Project Update: Survey confusion
Heyo!
There seems to be some confusion regarding the automated survey reminders, so writing this to clarify!
Most of yall are waiting for the skunk sample to be done before making a decision; backerkit sends automatic survey reminder emails that I don't have any control over. Nothing will happen if you don't fill out the survey; you will not be refunded or anything like that, so rest assured you can wait until the skunk or other samples are finished before placing your request.
We should be getting an update on the skunk n the next few days :)
Edit:
One more thing to note, if your card errored and you fixed it now, backerkit will try to auto charge it in a few days, if not, I will charge it when the bags arrive as if I charge it now it'll also charge for shipping and I don't want to do that right now.
