Hi friends! Sorry it's been a minute, fulfillment has been still ongoing and is taking up most of my time! But we're really close to the end. I want to express this has taken longer than normal due to a higher amount of quality checking required for these batches of plushies, so I apologize. But as of right now, theres about 380 orders left, so thank you for your patience while I finish those! I anticipate to be done by the end of the first week of February.

Hi friends! Sorry it's been a minute, I was away on a trip, came back sick...and needed a little time for recovery. But things are moving along swiftly now, and we're still on track to have everything fulfilled by mid January~!! Currently I have 1338 orders fulfilled! I'll continue updating as fulfillment continues. I am working alone, so I really appreciate everyone's patience! Snowcone's remake is still on the way to me, but should be here within the next 2 weeks! I'll make another update when she arrives. I truly apologize for the delay on her, theres still about 450 orders I can't fulfill until she arrives, but I think she'll show up with plenty of time! :)
Hi friends~! Really happy to announce as of right now, I have everything sans remake Snowcone (read here if you missed this!) And some Sugarbeans (Melon, Cotton & Candy but manu has let me know they are finished so they're on their way too!)
Right now, a little over 700 orders have gone out! Please note I still plan on taking up til January (Likley through it, for those who are awaiting the correct Snowcone) to finish everything. But I'll be working as swiftly as I can!

Hi pals! Happy to announce I'm in the thick of fufillment! I will continue to do semi-regular updates here on backerkit, but I will also be updating my preorder status channel in the discord server near-daily for how fulfillment is going! Pls note I am taking a week trip in November, my brother in law is getting married, so fulfillment will be temporarily paused just for one week then!

Hi everyone, I have some pretty unfortunate news regarding Snowcone's production for series 3. I strive to be as transparent throughout the entire process of production, so I need to share this issue: Recently she was finished up and when my manufacturer shared photos I realized they used the incorrect embroidery color for her eyebrows. I attached a photo so you can see. I will be having Snowcone remade since this is clearly not as she was designed. This will cause a delay as production is estimated to take 40 days. I do plan on paying out of pocket for expedited shipping. If you ordered Snowcone and you would prefer not to wait, I am happy to help swap out your Snowcone for a discounted (40$) dark eyebrow pal. (Contact form: https://sugarycarousel.com/pages/contact Im still talking to backerkit about this so it might be a couple days process, but I want to offer that incase anyone would prefer a discount and not to wait. (The dark eyebrowed plush is still not in hand and wont ship until next month either) I know this is incredibly disappointing and it is for me as well. I will be paying for the remake and once the incorrect snowcones arrive, I will likely offer them at a discount(40$) on my shop/etsy. Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions PLS let me know. Again im very sorry for this delay, and thank you in advanced for everyone's understanding! Although this means Snowcone will be last to be fulfilled, she will still be fulfilled during the estimated timeframe and at the very latest will be completed through January. Hi just a quick question my order says shipped, but tracking is at label created and usps is awaiting receipt of item since 1/7/26. Do we have an eta on how long between the label creation and shipping approx? Thank you.
