Project Update: Campaign Critters Reroll: 48 Hour Notice: Charging shipping and add ons (Also issue with iCloud)
This email is in regards to Tentacle Kitty Campaign Critters Reroll, not Cottage Core.
For those of you having issues, our friend Brandon put this out, and I think it's worth noting:
"If you're using Apple iCloud Private Relay email (aka Hide My Email) those often don't make it into the system - Backerkit, Kickstarter, others - so you should email [email protected] from your REAL EMAIL address."
Try that if you haven't gotten a response. Please be sure your referencing your name, email, and backerkit campaign pledge number. its going to be an 8 digit number. But name and email are most important.
If you are having issues getting your survey, reach out to [email protected]. Only way I can help from here in a private setting.
I am activating the 48 hour notice for locking pledges. If you want to add on any additional items, now is the time. After that we will start charging cards for shipping as stated during the campaign, and any additional add on's you put in during the survey.
After this point when you complete your survey you won't be able to add any further items.
*You will still be able to update your address up until we lock addresses when things are about to start shipping out for fulfillment*

Project Update: Survey's almost ready
So looks like backerkit got things connected right, merged some stuff, added some.
we've tweeked with the add ons, filled out the questions for the survey, found the one instance where goblin was switched with golems, and now, we are finishing shipping.
We want to make sure we do this right so we are triple checking out numbers. Rae went thru and pulled previous data, our warehouse lady, Trinity, went and weighed everything to get as close to an approximate cost as possible.
Our issue runs in with weight based shipping. If we do that, at some point the weight doesn't matter when the dimensions go over a certain limit. Backerkit is working with us to find a solution, and we are doing some tests, but we want to make sure those tests are as accurate as possible so we don't miss anything and mess up the shipping for everyone.
I have a feeling we are going to get most of the testing done tomorrow, which means that we should have the survey ready beginning of next week.
Thank you all for being patient while we deal with the technical issues with the new backerkit campaign pledge manager integration. We learned alot about the system so hopefully we can speed things up a bit when we do the next campaign.
So keep an eye out for updates, I'll let you know Monday the status of everything. Hopefully if all works out, we will launch the smoke test Monday morning! (Smoke test is a small percentage of the surveys go out to make sure that if something goes horribly wrong, we can fix it before everyone has the issue, but so far we haven't had issues when we feel it's time to do the smoke test in previous campaigns.)

Project Update: Weekly Look Roll 3: Redo Vote With Clarity

It's come to my attention that the wings fabrics weren't clear, so we are putting them to another vote.
The Fairy Wings will have 2 options: Iridescent White Wings, Or Glitter Purple Wings.
The Dragon Wings will have 2 as well: Reflective Rainbow Wings, or Glitter Purple Wings.

You find yourself entering a village surrounded by forest along the main road. Tired, you seek the nearest Tavern for some Cotton Candy Mice and Popfruit Cider.
You notice they have an Adventurers Board. You head over and take a look.
By the time you look up, you're surrounded by other adventurers doing the same.
"Sit down the lot of you! you're blocking the walkway!" The short goblin barkeeper yells at you all.
In a panic you all sit down on the same table. Embarrassed at the group foible, all of you accept your fates.

When can we expect the additional charges to go through?
Project Update: Survey Out Now. Please Check your Email for Details
It seems there's about 1000 of you who have yet to fill out your surveys. If you haven't seen anything, look for an email from Backerkit. If you have yet to see anything, well, honestly I don't know how to deal with that at the moment since I don't think Backerkit has a direct messaging system in place? Maybe it does but I'll look into it.
But if you used an email to pledge the campaign, that email will be the one with the survey in it. If you put in a random email, you won't get the survey, and thus, won't get your rewards.
I'll look into direct messaging and get back to you.

I have finished filling out the survey but my card was not charged yet. Is there a date that you can give as to when we can expect to be charged?
Project Update: Survey: SMOKE TEST OUT!
So didn't get things cleared till this morning, holiday for backerkits reviewers perhaps, but here we are!
We just sent out the smoke test! Give us a few hours to see how it goes, and if all goes well, we will send out the rest of the surveys this afternoon!!!

i got the survey and filled it in. one smol question though, is there a way i can cancel some of my original addon's from before the campaign was over? i didn't realize the shipping was going to be an extra $112 and i just can't afford that :/
Project Update: Survey: UNDER REVIEW
We have finally started the review process!! That means all our questions are fixed, all the backerkit bugs sorted out, all the add ons are setup, and the massive massive crazy shipping table thing Rae had to make are good to go and shipping is all ready to go!
We are waiting on review and then we can launch the smoke test, and 99% sure we will just immediately launch the rest of the survey!
We will keep yall informed as we get news ourselves!
Also, It's our anniversary today. We spent it getting the survey ready for you.
