POST-CAMPAIGN UPDATE #7: SHIFTED 0.9 PnP Release Notes
Hello Humans,
I’m sending out the PnP files for the most stable version of SHIFTED, which is currently v0.9.
This is because v1.0 is still in development, and I really wanted to get something out before the end of the month. The good news is that there are no gameplay differences between v0.9 and v1.0. I’ve just been working on accessibility and clarity on the cards and rulebook. But in terms of how the game plays, it is the same game.
The v0.9 files are also missing the bonus cards, which will be included in v1.0.

POST-CAMPAIGN UPDATE #6: Release Schedule Updates
Hello Humans, I have some updates on the upcoming SHIFTED release.
PnP files and rulebook:
Basically, all I have left is making sure the rulebook is clear and free of mistakes. I have some friends going over everything with me this weekend, and that’s it. Then I send out the files.
I want the PnP to be in the wild for a few weeks before I send it to the manufacturer. I’d like to see if anyone catches any more mistakes or finds something still confusing. So if you think you’ll be able to print and play the game in the next few weeks and are willing to give me some feedback on the rulebook, please email me at [email protected]. I’d really appreciate a few extra eyeballs on it before it goes to the big printers.
What about physical copies?
A week or two after people have had their hands on the PnP, and I’m able to make any rulebook fixes, LongPack will get the files and start the printing process. The projected timeline they have given me, from the time they get the files to when I get the games in my possession, is 4–6 months. So that means I predict I’ll start shipping them to backers between August and October. But I will update you when I have a more solid date, and when locking in addresses and shipping will take place.

Sup GEWPS, I have a few quick things to touch on.
PNP COMETH APRIL 2026
Excited to announce that I’ll have the Print and Play files out next month. It’s a bit off my original projection, but better late than never I suppose. I look forward to everyone getting a chance to play the game in all its gewpiness.
Manufacturing for the SHIFTED begins Q2 2026
Around the time that the PNP is sent out will be when Longpack games will be reviewing the files and prepping for manufacturing. I’m going to assume this process takes a few weeks, so my best guesstimate of when things are printing is Q2. I will provide an update as dates for this part become more clear.
Sorry for the delay gift
I’m going to provide a new promo card to all backers (physical and digital) as a little gift for missing my original delivery date. You will not have to do anything to get this, it will automatically come with your pledge.
This is actually may not be the end for SHIFTED
As I’ve been actively developing/testing SHIFTED, there’s a ton of cool new characters, missions, and ways to play that I’ve made post campaign. So I hope someday in the future I can revisit this game and make an expansion pack with all these modules. No official plans yet, but did want to put this out there if the fans ever want it.

POST-CAMPAIGN UPDATE #42: Updates and Downdates
Hello Gewps.
First, I'm sorry this update took so long. It's tough to write when the news is mostly delays, but I know from backing a lot of projects that silence is worse than bad news. So here's where things are at:
SHIFTED is Better Than Ever!
When I launched the campaign, SHIFTED was essentially finished. I just needed to lock the rulebook and send everything to manufacturing. But in the back of my head, I knew a few things (especially role balance) could be better. I didn’t want SHIFTED to be something that's played once and then lost in board game shelf purgatory.
Over the last few months, I've been testin' and tweakin' a ton, and I finally landed on a version that I'm much more excited about. It's still the same SHIFTED, just tighter, cleaner, and more replayable. It probably isn't going to shake up the social deduction world like Blood on the Clocktower, but I do hope it creates its own little weird lane with the people who really vibe with it.
Delivery
As far as the timeline goes, I’m committed to delivering the physical version of SHIFTED in 2026. The PnP version should arrive well before that, once I’ve fully locked the rules.

MINI-UPDATE: Print n' Play + International Shipping
Hello GEWPERS,
Before the BIG update, a quick status check:
I'm tying up some loose ends with the Print n' Play files. Backers who’ve completed their BackerKit surveys should see them in about 1–2 weeks
I’m holding off on locking surveys until November 30. There's only a few of you left, so should be plenty of time to wrap them up.
International shipping: I explored a few avenues, but we’re still looking at at least $20 USD to ship abroad. Which annoyingly is more than the game. I really hope in the future I can have better localization/distribution for SHIFTED and future title.

It's Survey Time!
You’ll soon receive an email from BackerKit with a special link to your pledge manager survey. Please fill it out as quickly as you can. This info is what I need to make sure your rewards get fulfilled correctly.
