Locking Addresses, Clearing up delays
Cameron here. It's been a LONG time, and we thank you for your patience. Here's the scoop:
A significant portion of this past year was spent navigating complex intellectual property and licensing clearances. We needed to ensure that all legal frameworks and ownership rights were 100% finalized, secure, and clear before we could legally manufacture and distribute these rewards.
While we couldn't share details while this administrative process was ongoing, we are incredibly relieved to report that all rights are fully cleared, the matter is completely and permanently resolved, and we are legally green-lit for fulfillment. We have the green light, we have the stock, and we are moving straight into shipping.
The books have been printed and are sitting in a giant pile on my kitchen table; we aim to begin shipping over this week and next.
We are also looking into the issue regarding the folks who did not receive their digital downloads.
Thanks again for sticking with us; the book is *gorgeous* and we're excited to be shipping it out.

April Update
Hey gang,
Apologies for the delay. On my end and among other obstacles, a close family member has been battling a scary condition for some time. Recently it has required a good deal of my time and attendance.
Now I'm back home and back in the saddle; you'll be seeing the PDF and shipping details coming through soon.

Doggy Bag Backer Survey Update
Hey Gang - worked out a kink that was preventing Doggy Bag-tier backers from upgrading their tier upon completing their surveys; they should now be able to upgrade their tier. Please note this is not at the add-on level, but at the original pledge tier level.

November Update
Hey y'all- short and sweet on this one. We're working on the layout, will have some progress pics on the next update. I'm in the midst of sussing out a pesky bug in the backer survey forms, then we'll start rolling those out. We're looking at beginning the shipping process in January and will keep you posted as we approach that goal.

In November we were told that shipping would begin in January. There has not been an updated timeline since then. Communication on this project has gone beyond disappointing into unprofessional.
