In 2024, I finally bought my big-fox car! Since then, I have become obsessed with decorating her. I finally acquired the personalized plate I’ve been wanting for years, but had been saving for a new car. I decorated the heck out of her with decals, plushes, and car seat covers.
And then I realize there’s one big thing missing.
I can’t find a cute, furry license plate frame to go on her.
After a lot of searching for the perfect frame, and some encouragement from friends and acquaintances, I finally went “fine, I’ll do it myself” and designed frames that were cute enough to be furry, but also subtle enough for those who don’t want their friends or family knowing they’re a furry. There’s a few cat frames, a few fandom frames… but nothing really for us.
What are we starting with?
We’re starting off with the Wolf and Red Fox! But can we unlock more species? Cats, Raccoons, Dragons… the possibilities are endless!

This is illegal for me to use in my state! :(
I’m sorry. While I am doing my best to ensure many people can use these, I cannot make these compatible with every state’s laws. Ultimately, it’s up to you to know the enforcement of your area’s laws. They make lovely display frames for a frame in your home, for shows, or for photos!
Do you do customs?
If the species has been unlocked, then custom recolors are available! I cannot do a completely custom frame, as a mold fee must be paid for every design. These design slots are limited to test the workflow before opening outside of the Backerkit!
What size plates will these fit?
These fit US Standard Car Plates ONLY! (Sorry international friends and motorcycle friends; this may change in the future <3)

Canada Backers & Tariffs
Whelp, due to you-know-who, I'm actually unsure if I will be able to ship to Canada for this campaign. I have no idea what the tariff costs would be, and how they will be collected/remitted, so for NOW I am going to exclude Canada.
Should things change favorably, then you will ABSOLUTELY be able to take part in the pre-order period after the campaign. But uh... yeah! Tariffs suck!
We're creeping ever closer to the launch (I keep pushing it back but I SWEAR it will be soon)! I'm waiting on the early backer reward art so I can update! :3
I'm hard at work creating the stretch goals! I know the estimated launch date is like. Soonish. But that's just an estimate. I'm not ready yet. :P
First off, I'll let you know that I've been in front of 3 police officers since the last update, and nobody's pulled me over. :P But I am not a laywer so again, take the risk yourself.
But here's what the update is REALLY for: The stretch goals!
Or, at least, starting them.
Right now, our initial funding goal will get us the Red Fox and Gray Wolf! But stretch goal 1 is the Blue Heeler and Kitsune!
(The kitsune is an early stretch goal because, and no shade to my fellow artists, I'm sick of the kitsune being a far-down stretch goal :P)

I wrestled a lot with the cat since I didn't want it to be a completely black frame (it's a bit like. hard to see?) But we now have the Tuxedo (who may or may not look like a certain kitty from a certain JRPG, the similarities are a coincidence I swear) and the Tiger!

This has been a long time in the making. I'm still getting graphics and everything together! August 4th is a tentative date, the launch date may (And will) probably change as I get everything together.
FIRST OFF. I realized a....very critical big huge error. I have personalized plates (as you can probably tell from the header picture). However... After being behind someone from Illinois, I realized that the letters actually are ALMOST ON THE EDGE OF THE PLATE. Which means the paws will most likely cover up part of the first and last digit of the plate.
Needless to say, I am ridiculously heartbroken, because why the heck did I not think of this
BUT! Not all is lost! I just...moved the paws outward. ezpz.

I've also scooted the tail down just a bit (not featured in the above graphic). It still won't help for those who have like. the state text on the bottom, but it's a bit better than before.
Shout out to the Tennessee and Illinois drivers in the parking lot for bringing me to this realization. :P
But, without further ado... here's the first 4 frames we'll unlock if we meet the campaign goal!

And with this, unlocked is ALSO the option for customs for this base design! As a reminder, changes to the frame itself (designs that go outside the lines) are not permitted. Again, there are VERY limited slots because while I have offered many custom items in the past, this is the first time I'm offering customs for the frames, and this is really to decide if it's something I want to and can continue to offer. :P
Next are the stretch goals, nya. I wonder what could be next, nya~
