Just popping in to say, the project is now shipping! The books are SO NICE, I think you're all going to be very pleased... I certainly am, I cried haha.
In terms of fulfilment, I'm working backwards according to distance so Australia/New Zealand/Asia, you're up first... then North America, Europe and finally the UK. It's just little ol' me packing everything up, so I just ask that you continue to be patient. Here's the chaos that is my studio, now post office this evening...
You'll receive notification when your package has shipped along with its tracking details... once dispatched, your package will usually take around 1-2 weeks if you're in Australia/New Zealand/Asia, 1 week to North America (Canada sometimes can take a little longer), just under a week if you're in Europe and if you're in the UK, just a day or two.
Thanks again for your support everyone, I really couldn't have completed this without you. It has been (and honestly, continues to be!) pretty overwhelming at times as I'm literally doing everything myself...there's no team or anything! On that, I've decided that one of my first blog posts at The Bothy will be a breakdown of everything that is involved as I thought you might like to see what goes into creating such a mammoth project like this!

GOOD NEWS!! The books have been finished and are due to arrive with me next week, so it's finally time to get you organised for shipping! 1. Haveyou completed your survey? There are a very small number of you who still haven't completed your surveys so please hop to it if you'd like to have your rewards dispatched on time.
2. Is your address correct? If you've moved since you completed your survey, please log in to your Backerkit account to update your address. We want to make sure your rewards are being dispatched to the correct place. Your address will be locked down on Friday 7th February so if you need to update, please do so before then.
3. It's nowtime to charge for shipping. Your Backerkit account has been updated with the amount that will be charged on Thursday 6th February. If you'd like to check the amount, please log in to your Backerkit account. You'll also shortly receive an automated "upcoming charge" notice from Backerkit.
The book has ended up weighing a wee bit more than anticipated so the shipping charges are a little higher than those outlined on the campaign page... but not much more thankfully. Obviously if you have ordered extra bits and pieces, this will be reflected in the final shipping cost.
Just so you aren't left wondering ASTRAEA CREATIVE will appear on your bank statement, and every package will be sent with a tracked shipping service.

It's Nicola here and I have good news! The book is finally being printed...
Without bogging you down with all the detail, I had to unexpectedly switch the printer I was originally going to use last month, but I'm super happy with who we have now landed with. They have fantastic environmental credentials and a brilliant track record of producing the most beautiful books. So, I'm now expecting that The Wild Way Oracle Book copies will arrive with me near the end of January... better late than never! 😅🙏

I also want to take this opportunity to share something I've been quietly working on over the holidays and am very excited about...
If you follow The Wild Way on social media, you may have noticed that I've been sharing less and less over the last few months. This is partly because I've been very busy (and dealing with some health issues) but also because, well... it just doesn't feel good being there anymore.
Last week, Meta announced that they are looking at populating their platforms with AI accounts which will share AI-generated content... this, particularly as an artist who has had their work stolen and probably already forms part of datasets for AI training,is the final straw. I don't know about you, but I definitely don't want any part of that creepy experiment! This added to Zuckerberg’s announcement yesterday about further changes that Meta will be making, is confirmation that what I've been working on is arriving at exactly the right time!
So, without further ado...
I'm super excited to announce that The Bothy will soon be available as a monthly subscription designed to both support me and my ongoing work, and provide you with loads of exclusive content that you won't find elsewhere.
You can expect blog posts, sneaky peeks at the projects I'm working on (including The Wild Way Tarot Deck, eep yes!), astrological musings and much more! The Bothy will be a place for me to express my creativity freely, unconstrained by word counts and free from the algorithmic whims (and political motives) of our social media overlords. I'm honestly so excited about this space and the opportunity to connect with you all in a way that feels authentic and wholesome. I'm genuinely overflowing with ideas and can't wait to share everything with you!

This coming year will bring major changes for all of us thanks to each and every outer planet changing signs within a very short space of time. Just received my rewards safely here in the UK. They look beautiful, very high quality and nicely packaged. The deck is a lovely size and the cards feel very intuitive. I can't wait to dig in and explore more later!
