Hei there everyone!
It is done, all packages have been packed and are mostly sent out.
The US packages have been sent to a logistics company first, they open the big packs, take out the small boxes and send them on their way to America. That´s why your tracking will likely take a week or two until you can see some changes.
The other ones have partially been shipped as most of them go as warepost which means it get´s picked up at post offices from Deutsche Post. The stores only take about one bag full of packages at a time though, so we can only get 2-3 bags a day send. By the end of the week they should all be out whilst some will likely already arrive (specially the German ones should go speedy).

You should´ve gotten either an Email from my shop (TherbisStudio) about the tracking, or an update from Backerkit for it. If you havent for some reason (and please check your Backerkit account and mail spam folders first) please message me!

This will probably be the last update as orders now count as fulfilled.
I want to thank you all again for supporting the campaign and going with me through all it´s steps, specially the struggle with US tariffs, shipping and finding solutions :`)
It´s been a lot of fun and brought me lots of joy again to see so many liking my plushies and wanting to adopt them!

Hey there everyone!
I wanted to throw a real quick update since it might lead to confusion otherwise.

I managed to couple my store with Backerkit for easier shipping. 
On doing so I happened to import with an error and had to cancel / delete those orders in my shop interface which lead to you all getting emails about cancelled orders. Don´t worry, they´re not! 

I´m just re-importing :D

They arrived!
Yuri&Friends 2 have arrived today and showed their cute little faces out of the boxes :D
This week will be all about creating labels and packing orders. I hope I´ll be able to finish all within this week B)
For those who yet didn´t pay shipping : many already ruddered back and decided to rather have their goods shipped, and I´d advice for everyone to do the same. With the Orange in the white house it´s very uncertain if the shipping or tariff situation might get even worse.
If you can´t at the time, I get it too. Please notice that whenever you can pay, you should note me since if you just pay some weeks later I might not notice since Backerkit isn´t a site I check daily, specially if campaigns are considered done / shipped for the majority.
I´ll be sending out another charge try today for those who decide it´s time now^^

I´m yet unsure how exactly the linking of Backerkit and Shopify work for fulfillment, if it works like I suspect, you might get your tracking labels early this week or even today since I usually make labels first and then start packing :)
I´ll be starting with the German and European packages first since the US ones contain more paperwork to fill.

Hey everyone!
The prepartions for shipping out plushies has been going bumpy since some tools I wanted to use decided to update and kill some functions (wanted to couple my Backerkit to my Shopify for easier tickets but Shopify decided to have a new app integration system that noone understands x.x).
Took me a lot of hours to work a way around and currently am importing non-US orders to my Shopify.
As I mentioned before, the non US backers will get their packages first as their tickets and shipping are easy to sort out.

The NON-US backers : You might receive a mail from my shop TherbisStudio.com soon about your order. It may look like you bought something on the shop, but it´s just your Backerkit order being sent :D
Tracking codes will be updated on Backerkit at a later time, but in the mail you´ll already have it.

US Backers : We just ran into another fun thing where it´s yet unsure if it´s just a website hiccup or something deeper, but the shipper service I use currently says on any order I try to send (from my normal shop orders) that the item is not allowed to be send with the shipper or the country forbids it.
Let´s cross fingers there´s nothing to it and that the import for the site will work.
I expect to start creating labels for US within next week, this week is about packing and sending the other packages.

Hey there everyone, I got new updates!

So first for the shipping :
Currently the Yuri & Friends 2 plushie are scheduled to arrive at me by end of this month! So hopefully any day now :D

Secondly I want to note on the past panics of some backers when it came to charging shipping :
There is technically no way for me to manually take out backers from the shipping charge for a later shipping. The later shipping is not an option given by Backerkit but by me personally. If the cards got charged and you can´t call it back by your bank, there is no way for me to get it back to you as I don´t have a do in it other than receiving the funds once all are pulled in (or some deadline runs out? I´m unsure, I didn´t receive it yet and it´s my first Backerkit campaign).
