I received my pledge today, however the box was heavily damaged, and upon opening it I found that while the Mind Over Matter book was in perfect condition, the Into the Wilds and Basilisk Hills offset prints are both heavily dinged and damaged, and the BX Advanced Player Options book is missing entirely. I've taken pictures of the damage if you'd like to see it. This is a major disappointment, as I was looking to showcase these books on my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJzJ0lxbzxY91GwN1ovC3VA/), but obviously I don't like to show and discuss RPG products in less-than-stellar condition as it can give a poor impression of creators' work. If you could please get in touch to discuss how to rectify the situation, I'd appreciate it very much. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I received the main book yesterday but did not receive the Advanced Player Options I pledged additional funds for. Please rectify this. Thanks. Great job witb the main book though. 👍🏻

Hi, I just got an email from UPS about CAD66.44 for a shipment coming in from Third Kingdom Games, which I assume it is the book from this campaign, but the duties UPS is charging is basically the same as what the pledge amount was plus what has been charged for shipping (USD35+USD25 which works out to about CAD70). Anyone else from Canada got a similar email from UPS?
