The printer finally accepted the files and my money! The book should be ready to ship by October 7th. Transatlantic shipping should be 4-6 weeks which means they should arrive some time between Nov 4 and 18. 

Even with a couple weeks of additional fuckery it seems like people should have them by Christmas? Right? 

I'm figuring I'll send the questionnaires out mid-October, when the books are enboated. 

I really, really hope this goes better than it has with the last two? three? printers.
