Big news: all of the core rulebooks have arrived! Our storage is positively packed with boxes and we're starting to pack all orders. You can expect to receive your pledge in the coming weeks, depending on your location.

We're working hard to complete all the remaining rewards, specifically the Almost Dragons adventure and the slipcase, and we're close to completing the entirety of the crowdfunding campaign! Thank you for your support!
Just a quick update that we're starting to send out the first books! VIPs and collaborators are at the top of our list, but we're hopeful that we can tackle all of your books soon! Kernbert is hard at work packing orders.
While most of the books are still at sea (we only have a small stock which arrived by plane), we expect the remaining books to arrive within a month. Then we can finally pack all the orders and send them out asap!
Additionally, a small update regarding the "Almost Dragons" adventure for our VIPs: we're still working on it! The layout is taking longer than expected, but hopefully we'll be able to send it to you soon.
We've created Kernbert together with @OriOttero as a mascot for Setting Off! and an eye-catcher at our booths. We poured a lot of love into making him, and giving him a new home helps us to keep going! You can currently preorder him at a discount on our website, and he's estimated to ship in August!
Setting Kernbert aside (reluctantly), we're on schedule with the books. I've received the first delivery via air freight - a small batch for quality control. You can check out the unboxing on Instagram. The remaining books are currently being shipped across the indian ocean and should arrive next month. I'll keep you posted once physical fulfillment starts!
All of the books are 100% printed! I can't wait to hold the first physical books in my hands! They will begin their journey once they have been checked and packaged, and I expect to receive the first books in about a month. Then, I'll sort the individual orders and you should get your book in early summer!
In the meantime, I'm excited to announce that I'll be at a number of conventions in Germany! You can find me at Dokomi in May, Shiroco in July, and many more towards the end of the year. Once applications are open, I'll also try to visit MCM London, so look forward to that!
After finally announcing the print run in the previous update, I have some unfortunate news: following the printing company's initial offer, completing onboarding and getting ready to print, they noticed a mistake in their calculation. While an offer is legally binding, they insisted on increasing the cost of the print, so in order to avoid a legal battle I decided to print the book elsewhere. There's no hard feelings and the mistake was human, but this sadly means that the book will be delayed again. Currently, I expect to receive the books in May, and I'll keep you updated if anything changes.
On a more positive note, the additional time allows me to remove all of the mistakes you have spotted! I took the opportunity to go through the entire file a couple of times to make sure it is as polished as possible.

This will be another step towards a full german translation of the core rules. - The layout for the next adventure, Almost Dragons, which you'll get for free if you're a VIP backer.
